THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. 26 of Law 1285 of 2009 >

ARTICLE 5o. The payments referred to in Article 7o of Law 11 of 1987 will be paid to the Nation.

ARTICLE 6o. DESTINATION. 6 of Law 1743 of 2014. PARAGRAFO. The mechanisms for the effective implementation of the control described in this article, will be established by means of regulations issued by the Superior Council of the Judiciary.
