For which some modifications are introduced to Decree 2700 of November 30, 1991, on the Code of Criminal Procedure

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Suit the juries of law provided for in Article 74 of Decree 2700 of 1991, regulated in articles 458-466 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

ARTICLE 2o. Article 74 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, will be as follows:

" ARTICLE 74. PUBLIC HEARING ON HOMICIDE OFFENCES. The crimes of homicide of which the judges of the Circuit are known shall be held public hearing as provided for in Articles 444 to 466 of Title I of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

ARTICLE 3o. Repeal Articles 458 to 466 of Book III, Title II of the Criminal Procedure Code.

ARTICLE 4. This Law governs from its enactment.
