For which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 50 years of founding of the Municipality of Rivera in the Department of Huila

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the fifty (50) years of founding of the Municipality of Rivera in the Department of Huila, the cradle of poet, narrator, writer José Eustacio Rivera, constituted in territorial entity on the 1st day. from August 1943 through Ordinance number 04 of May 12 of the same year and extolates the permanent effort of its inhabitants for development.

ARTICLE 2o. From the sanction of this Law and pursuant to Articles 334 and 341 of the National Constitution, authorize the National Government to reallocate within the Investment Budget for 1993 to the agencies assigned to the Ministries related to the works, the sum of five hundred million pesos ($500,000,000,oo), to execute the following works of social interest in the Municipality of Rivera, Department of the Huila, so:

1. Completion, endowment and adequacy

2. Municipal Polideportive Construction

Jose Eustacio Rivera 100,000,000

3. Recreational Park Construction

Jose Eustacio Rivera 100,000,000

4.Enlargement Municipal College

Misael Pastrana Borrero 50,000,000

5. Termination Plant Treatment

Municipal Aqueduct 40,000,000

6. Construction of gas networks and installations

house in the rural sector of the municipality

from RIVERA that includes the Inspections

of Riverita and the Ulloa and the Saves of Saves,

al GuaduaL, Pedregal and Alto Pedregal. 100,000,000

7. Termination of home gas installation

in the popular sectors of the urban area.              40,000,000

ARTICLE 3o. Authorize the National Government to carry out the necessary budgetary operations and to conclude the contracts required for compliance with this Law.

ARTICLE 4. This law governs from the date of your sanction.
