For which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 450 years of the Municipality of Marmato, Department of Caldas, and other provisions are dictated.
THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation and the Congress of Colombia are associated with the celebration of the trisesquicentennial of the foundation of the Municipality of Marmato, Department of Caldas and give recognition to its founders and all those who have given him lustre and shine in his 450 years of existence.
ARTICLE 2o. In accordance with Article 76 (17) and (20) of the Political Constitution of Colombia, authorize the National Government to contribute to the financing of the following works of utility public and of social interest in the Municipality of Marmato, Department of Caldas.
a) Enlargement of aqueduct and sewerage networks.
b) Operation and endowment of the house of culture.
c) Construction of the headquarters of the Municipal Government and a Sports Coliseum.
d) Dotation of the Mining Training School, Marmato headquarters.
e) Construction and paving of the New Marmato avenues.
f) Construction and endowment of a municipal tourism hotel.
g) Doting the hospital.
ARTICLE 3o. As of the current law, the National Government will include in the annual budget of each currency a sum of no less than ninety million pesos ($90,000,000,oo), in order to Marmato Mining Training School, can achieve its objectives and properly comply with the academic, training, research and community extension programs.
ARTICLE 4. The National Government is expressly empowered to carry out the budget transfers, to prepare the credits and to provide for the compliance with this Law.
ARTICLE 5o. This Act governs from the date of its enactment.
