THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
PART ONE.

ARTICLE 1o. Computations hereby added Revenue Budget and Capital Resources Treasury's Office for the fiscal year from 1st. January to 31 December 1992, in the sum of one trillion eight hundred fifty-six thousand two hundred and fourteen million seven hundred eighty-two thousand six hundred eighteen pesos ($ 1.856.214.782.618) currency, based on availability certificates issued, which are incorporated as follows: Effective Jurisprudence

Article 2.

ARTICLE 3. ARTICLE 4. Amend Decree Law Appropriations to meet the operating expenses of the State, to public investment and payment of servicing the public debt during the fiscal year from January 1 to December 31, 1992, making counterclaims and credits in the General Budget Nation of appropriations by the sum of: seventy-three thousand three hundred and forty million nine hundred thirty-two thousand seven hundred and eleven pesos eighteen cents ($ 73.340.932.711.18) currency, as follows:

The 5th ITEM. ARTICLE 6o. The execution of the budget appropriations to be financed with Treasury Securities Class B may be from the date of publication of the decree ordering issue.

ARTICLE 7.
