By which the Decree-Laws 1211, 1212 and 1213 of 1990 are partially modified

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. In all the rules of the Decree-Laws 1211, 1212 and 1213 of 1990, in which the causal of withdrawal is mentioned "for inservice to the service for more than five (5) days without justified cause", Hereinafter referred to as "the inservice to the service for more than ten (10) days without justified cause", or when it accumulates the same amount of time for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.

ARTICLE 2o. This Law governs from the date of its publication.
