Article 2 states that the Long City, including the Wall in the Long City, the city, the proxy, the rift, the hiding, the enemy building.

Article 20 shall not engage in activities such as mining, logging and sand, within the protection of the town.

Activities such as mining, logging and sand extraction within the construction control area of the Long City should be governed by the relevant laws, regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Act on the Protection of Materials.

Article 21 prohibits the transfer, mortgage or operation of an enterprise asset by any unit or individual.

Article 2 shall not be sold to the construction of the buildings in the town of the Governor, the veterans in the town and the town.
