In order to strengthen the protection and management of the relevant cultural heritage of the Silk Road Shelter, which is based on the Law on the Protection of Cultural Property in the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of Cultural Property in the People's Republic of China and the Modalities of Implementation in the Province of Hiroshima, this approach is being developed in the light of the actual practice of the city.

Article 31 of this approach is implemented effective 1 October 2016.
