Article I, in order to enhance the safety management of the ladder, prevent gradient accidents and secure physical and property safety, develop this approach in line with the relevant legislation such as the Special Equipment Security Act of the People's Republic of China, the Safety Monitoring of Tropical Equipment.

Article 2

Article 8

(xii) Changes in the maintenance of the maintenance unit shall be carried out within 30 days to the original registration authority to replace the mark of the ladder maintenance unit.

Article 26 Costs such as the day-to-day operation of ITU, maintenance, rehabilitation, testing, testing, safety assessment, etc. are borne by the ladder owner, and ITU should assist ITU in the implementation of the required funds.

In the first case of the former paragraph, the ladder use unit should complete the security assessment until the expiry of the life cycle; in the third and fourth cases, the ladder use unit should complete the safety assessment until the ladder resumes its use.

The ladder use unit is mandated to conduct a security assessment of the ladder using the ladder at the end of the year, and the manufacturing units should organize safety assessments in a timely manner, in accordance with safety technical norms and standards.

Article 33 units carrying out ITU maintenance in this city shall strictly implement the requirements of national standards and safety technical norms, guarantee the safety of ITU and comply with the following provisions:

(i) Fixed operating places, office equipment, maintenance and emergency relief equipment, testing of instruments that meet maintenance and emergency assistance;

(x) The number of per capita maintenance ladder should not exceed 30;
