Specific elements of a centralized revision of the five regulations

(i) Amendments to the Archive Management of the city of Vavhan (No. 145 of the People's Government Order) as follows:

Delete article 23, “The use of urban construction archives can be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions, with specific fees and standards to be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the financial, price sectors”.

(ii) Amendments to a number of provisions for the promotion of persons with disabilities in the city of Vilhan (No. 168 of the People's Government Order) as follows:

Amendments to the “sectors such as business administration” in article 8, paragraph 1, are to be “the business administration sector”.

Article 8, paragraph 2, “Education provided by persons with disabilities, by virtue of the tax authorities, free of taxation of business; in the event of the sale of business in the month of business in which the value-added tax is not approved by the tax authorities; in other industries exempt from tax value-added tax; in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State” the words “the processing, repair, maintenance, distribution of services provided by persons with disabilities from value-added taxes”.

(iii) Amendments to the approach to housing rental management in the city of Vilhan (No. 214 of the People's Government Order) as follows:

Amendments to article 13, paragraph 1, “Criminal persons or other organizations shall provide valid documents that are validly established, including business licences, tax registration certificates or organizational body codes, etc.” to “any legal person or other organization shall provide valid documents that are validly established (licens of business”).

(iv) Amendments to the Vavhan Municipal Profile and the Premier Management Approach (No. 217 of the Order of the People's Government) as follows:

In accordance with article 15, paragraph 1, “Towards a concrete and prefabricant production enterprise shall report to the city's conferencing and prefabricant production, sales volume, etc., as prescribed by the regulations, the relevant statistical statements, such as the sale contract reserve process” as “release concrete and prefabricated production enterprises shall send to district-building authorities the relevant statistical statements, such as prefabricant concrete and prefabricated production, sales volume”.

(v) Amendments to the approach to the labour protection of female workers in the city of Vavhan (No. 264 of the People's Government Order) as follows:

Article 12, paragraph 4, “A married female worker shall be given up to 30 days of maternity leave and a 10-day care leave for her spouse” shall be amended as follows: “A pregnant child in compliance with the law, legislation and regulations, an increase of 30 days of maternity leave except for maternity leave provided by the State, and a 15-day care leave for her spouse”.

The regulations of the above-mentioned municipalities have been amended and the terms are adjusted accordingly.
