Article 2

(i) Seven years of residence;

(ii) 50 years of storage logistics of the mine;

(iii) Fifty years of industrial use;

(iv) For 40 years of commercial use, such as tyrans, hotels, finance and fuel stations;

(v) For 40 years of tourism, recreational use;

(vi) 50 years of teaching, medical philanthropic and cultural sports;

(vii) Groups of organs, press publications, public facilities for 40 years;

(viii) Fifty years of transport use;

(ix) Thirty-three years of agricultural, forest, pastoral, fishing, nursery and breeding areas;

(x) Thirty-three years in other places;

There are two or more land-uses in the same land, and State-owned land-building rights are determined on the basis of the length of time provided in the preceding paragraph.

Article 3 states that have been established effective 1 September 2016 to use their right to make the contract unification as set out in article 2 of this provision.

Article IV. This provision provides that a State has signed a right to use a place of use in which the contract has been established or that the registered State has approved the right to use a place of use for the construction of a place of use in excess of the period provided for in this provision, with the exception of the period of time previously agreed or approved.

Article 5 shall be subject to approval of the right of State-building to be used for the purpose of change and shall enter into a contractual change agreement on the use of State-building land for use, changes in land to the maximum length of time for new purposes, and shall deduct the time limit for use. The Municipal Government has also provided for exceptions.
