Article 1. To strengthen road traffic safety management, preserve the legitimate rights and interests of persons with disabilities, guarantee the security of life of the mass population, develop this approach in the light of the provisions of relevant legislation such as the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Act, the People's Republic of China Act on the Protection of Road Traffic in People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety in the State of State, the Regulations on the Safety of Production in the State of Alejane State and the Regulations on the Control of Security in the City.

Article 2, this approach applies to the management of mobile chairs for persons with disabilities in the urban areas of Démocratique.
