The cancellation, in matters of adjustment of administrative power, has 37 non-administrative approval, which canceled 5, adjusted to the Government's internal approval of 14, adjusted for administrative licensing items 5, adjusted as other powers 13. No further reservations "non-administrative approval" this approval category.
Meanwhile, propose to abolish the 3 administrative rules and regulations, the General Office of the State Council and its relevant documents to set matters, 1 set local regulations, the provincial government will perform their program in accordance with legal procedures will be announced later.
