Chapter I General

Article 1 guarantees the safe and regular transmission, launch and transmission of radio television signals, the preservation of the public's access to radio television, and the development of this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations of the Department of State Broadcasting and Television Facilities Protection Regulations.

This approach applies to the protection of facilities such as radio stations ( stations) and radio television transmission networks established by law within the territorial administration.

Article 3. The radio television facility referred to in this approach is as follows:

(i) Broadcast television signal launch facilities, including launch vehicle equipment, day line, feed line, distribution system, interfabricane (i), ground network, tra line and its subsidiary equipment;

(ii) Broadcast radio television signal-specific transmission facilities, including air conditioners, planted cables and cable lines (hereinafter referred to as transmission lines), slots, branch distributions, microwashings, microwashing transmission equipment, transmission pathways, satellite ground-based reception facilities, webcasting equipment and its subsidiary equipment;

(iii) Broadcast television signal monitoring facilities, including monitoring networks, monitoring of the receipt of day lines, feed lines, hurry (i.e.), measurement of stations and their subsidiary equipment;

(iv) Broadcasting and webcasting facilities, including interviews, editing, screening, storage, broadcasting equipment and its subsidiary equipment;

(v) Mobile radio and television facilities, including radio television webcast vehicles, satellite trailers, interview vehicles, monitoring vehicles, emergency radio and television launch vehicles, emergency radio TV command vehicles, emergency radio and television power vehicles;

(vi) Other subsidiary facilities, including electricity-sharing, water supply facilities, access to mined systems, homes, perimeters (nets), specialized corridors and broadcasting television facilities, markings, alert devices, etc.

Article IV. The Government of the people at the district level should strengthen the leadership of the building and protection of radio and television facilities in the current administration.

More than the people at the district level are specifically responsible for the protection of radio television facilities within the current administration.

In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the various sectors such as the construction of rural and urban housing (planning), land resources, transport, forestry, water, environmental protection, communications management, radio management, etc. Public security authorities at all levels are lawfully investigating violations of radio and television facilities.

The communes (communes), street offices, and the Village (NL) Commission should assist in the protection of broadcast television facilities.

Article 5

The radio television administration sector of the above-mentioned people at the district level should prepare special planning for the development of radio television facilities with the urban and rural planning administration.

Article 6

Article 7, any unit and individual have the obligation to protect broadcast television facilities and have the right to stop acts that endanger radio Television facilities or to report to the public security authorities, the broadcast television administration.

No unit or individual expropriation, looting, damage, private separation, seizure, theft, destruction of broadcast television facilities or the use of technical means to endanger the transmission, transmission of safety.

Chapter II

Article 8. The Broadcast Television Facilities Management Unit is responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of broadcast television facilities and ensures their regular operation.

Article 9. Buildings that do not have a radio TV package facility, such as a small house, office buildings, commercial buildings, require access to radio television signals, which should be constructed in accordance with relevant national regulations and standards, and access to radio television signals by eligible parties.

Article 11 Priorities affecting the safe construction of radio and television facilities, construction units should provide written access to broadcast television facilities in the broadcast television administration sector, and the broadcast television administration should provide written information within three working days. Construction units should take effective protection measures to guarantee the safety of broadcast television facilities.

Article 12 provides for the construction, alteration or expansion of radio television facilities that cause losses to crops, forest wood, buildings and other facilities, and that the building of radio-TV facilities should be compensated in accordance with the relevant national provisions.

Within the context of the safe protection of radio-TV facilities, it may endanger the safe crop, forest wood, and the radio television administration sector may require ownership, management to be processed within the time limit; and lately, the broadcasting television facility management unit has the power to cut down its impact components.

Article 13 prohibits the following acts that endanger the safety and effectiveness of broadcast television signal launch facilities:

(i) Construction of buildings with a high altitude of over 200 metres around the TV and FM launch route;

(ii) In the context of five metres around the trajectory, or possibly endangering the safety of the arsenal, exhumation, sing of metals and dumping of garbage, mining residues and corrosive items containing acid, alkanes, salts;

(iii) A high-pressive transmission line within 500 metres of radio television launch;

Article 14.

(i) Construction within 50 metres of pre-sistance on satellite trajectory lines, or construction of buildings, constructions or slots that are at a high distance of 50 metres from the pre-sea line;

(ii) The construction of buildings and the construction of disruptive facilities that hinder the transmission of signals in front of the microwashing line;

(iii) Contrajection and destruction of radio and television transmission facilities, unlawful defying, stealing and sing radio television signals.

Article 15 prohibits the following acts that endanger the safety and effectiveness of broadcast television signal monitoring facilities:

(i) Construction in the interior of 150 metres around the monitoring of the day line and 500 metres to the pre-suppose for monitoring the space line;

(ii) Over 35 kidnapped electric power lines within 800 metres of the monitoring cell;

(iii) The establishment of large-scale metal components, such as mosquito, or the construction of electromagnetic radioactive facilities, within 200 metres of the monitoring cell (stay).

Article 16 prohibits:

(i) Within 100 metres of fixed premises such as radio studios, recording rooms, video rooms, etc., radio and television programmes, the noise of non-protected measures is greater than 100-quarters facilities;

(ii) The establishment of facilities with high- frequency radiation or electromagnetic interference in programmes around radio studios, production houses and audio-visual facilities;

(iii) Damage in the production, transmission of technical equipment and its subsidiary equipment.

Article 17 prohibits:

(i) Mobility, damage, theft, appropriation, the demolition of days, the feed line, the treasury (i), the transmission line, the local network and its subsidiary equipment;

(ii) Intrusion, dismantlement, movement and destruction of the building wall, perimeter, mark, mark, mark, mark, mark and mark, etc.;

(iii) Damage to radio television-specific vehicles and accompanying facilities;

(iv) To dismantle, interdiction, movement, separation of broadcast television supplies and water facilities;

(v) Destruction, pollution of the water supply facilities and water sources of radio and television launch stations;

(x) Other practices that endanger the safety and effectiveness of broadcast television facilities.

Article 18 is likely to endanger the safety of broadcast television facilities, in addition to the safe protection of radio and television facilities, and effective measures are taken to guarantee the safety and normal use of broadcast television facilities.

In the event of a sudden incident that endangers the safety of broadcast television facilities, the radio and television administration, the radio and television facilities management units and related departments should take the following measures:

(i) Elimination of dangerous sources and control of developments;

(ii) Rapidly organize the repair of damaged radioTV facilities;

(iii) Excluding obstruction and accessibility;

(iv) Mobilization of material, personnel, transportation tools and related equipment to support theft;

(v) Other necessary measures.

Chapter III

Article 20 violates the provisions of this approach, which are regulated by law, legislation and regulations.

Article 21, in violation of this approach, provides that one of the following acts is converted by the broadcasting television administration of the TV, or by the TV facility management units entrusted to it by the Government of more than the veteran at the district level. In violation of this approach, there is one of the following acts, which are redirected by the broadcasting television administration of the TV, or by the TV facility management units entrusted to it by more than the people at the district level. (vi) To dismantle, interdiction, movement, separation of broadcast television supplies and water facilities;

In violation of this approach, there is one of the following acts, which are redirected by the broadcasting television administration of the TV, or by the TV facility management units entrusted to it by more than the people at the district level. In exceptional circumstances, a fine of up to 100 million yen per person could be fined to the unit of more than 7,000 dollars; a fine of up to €150,000 per unit could be fined, in the light of the circumstances, for a fine of up to €70 million.

(i) In the context of five metres around the trajectory, or possibly endangering the safety of the arsenal, the removal of pits, the acquisition of rifts, the storage of metals and the dumping of garbage, mining residues and corrosive items containing acid, alkali, salt;

(ii) High-level radiation energy lighting using radio and television launches;

Article 24 Damages to broadcast television facilities cannot be restored and the parties should be liable under the law.

(iii) Reimbursement for rural and urban planning or a nuclear construction project planning licence should be sought from the unquestionable opinion of the broadcast television administration;

(iv) The loss of crops, forest wood, buildings and other facilities should be compensated;

(v) In the event of a sudden incident that endangers the safety of broadcast television facilities, urgent measures should be taken;

(vi) Other acts of responsibility should be held by law.

Chapter IV

Article 26 Protection of public-use communications network facilities used by radio television signals is carried out in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations.

Article 27 of this approach is implemented effective 1 June 2015.
