In line with the National Science and Technology Approval Regulations, in practice in this province, the Government of the province has decided to amend the Science and Technology Awards in the Province Province (hereinafter referred to as the Approach) as follows:

Amending article III, paragraph 1, of the Modalities as follows: “The Government of the People of the province has established the Science and Technology Award in the Province Province (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Science and Technology Award). The awards amounted to $800,000, of which 200,000 had been paid to the individual and 600,000 had been funded for scientific research grants for the awardor.”

In addition, the order of the provision is adjusted accordingly.

The Science and Technology Awards in the Province of Zanzi Province were reissued in accordance with this decision.

Science and technology incentives in the provinces of Chungi

Article 1 provides incentives for citizens and organizations that make a prominent contribution in science and technology progress activities, mobilizes the active and creative nature of scientific and technological workers, enhances autonomous innovation capacities, promote economic and social development, and develops this approach in line with the National Science and Technology Awards.

Article II applies to activities such as the advice, evaluation and award of scientific and technical awards in the province.

Article 3. The Government of the Provincial People has established the Science and Technology Award in the Province Province (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Science and Technology Award). The provincial science and technology awards are divided into the highest achievements awards, major contribution awards for basic studies and awards such as awards, ii and three awards.

Provincial science and technology awards are evaluated and rewarded once a year.

Article 6

The highest science and technology performance awards in the province are granted at no more than two times a year and can be vacant.

Article 7. Major contribution awards for basic research in the province are awarded to scientific and technical workers in the provinces where significant scientific discoveries have been made in the field of basic research and application.

The significant contribution awards for provincial basic studies do not exceed 2 per year and may be vacant. The highest scientific and technological achievements in the provinces have been granted no major contribution awards for provincial basic studies.

Article 8

(i) In the implementation of technology invention projects, the use of scientific and technological knowledge for products, processes, materials and systems, the creation of technology invention and the possession of intellectual property such as patents, and the creation of significant economic benefits or social benefits;

(ii) The completion of major scientific and technological innovation, the transformation of scientific and technological outcomes and the industrialization of high-technical technologies, and the creation of significant economic benefits and social benefits;

(iii) In the implementation of technology promotion projects, the use of advanced and sophisticated science and technology outcomes will be widely promoted and innovative and the creation of significant economic benefits and social benefits;

(iv) In the implementation of social good projects, long-term scientific and technical work on the basis of science and technology and the socio-public science and technology cause has been tested in practice to create significant social benefits;

(v) In basic research and application basic projects, articulating natural phenomena, characteristics and regulations and achieving significant scientific discoveries.

The provincial science and technology awards, such as the two awards, the three awards, do not exceed 260 per year.

Article 9. In international scientific technical cooperation, foreigners or foreign organizations that have made a prominent contribution to the development of science and technology in the province are awarded to the provincial International Prize for Scientific Technical Cooperation.

Article 10 Candidates for provincial science and technology awards, candidate projects are recommended by the following units or individuals:

(i) Government of the urban population in the area;

(ii) The Ministry of the People's Government concerned the constituent sectors, the immediate institutions;

(iii) The Department of State presence at the headquarters unit;

(iv) The highest national science and technology award recipients, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award;

(v) Other units determined by the provincial science and technology administration to meet the required qualifications.

Article 11. Recommended units or individuals shall recommend candidates and projects for provincial science and technology awards, in accordance with the prescribed limits, complete proposals for a unified format, provide authentic and reliable evaluation and proof materials and make recommendations for the hierarchy of incentives.

Article 12. The same technical content has been received from the National Science and Technology Award or other provincial, ministerial science and technology awards.

Article 13. The Government of the Provincial People has established the Committee on Science and Technology Awards in the Province (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Committee on Science and Technology Awards). The Provincial Committee on Science and Technology Awards consists of expert scholars and heads of relevant departments of the provincial government. The Director of the Provincial Committee on Science and Technology Awards is headed by the main heads of the provincial science and technology administration.

The main responsibilities of the Provincial Committee on Science and Technology Awards:

(i) The hiring of relevant experts, scholarly organizations for evaluation;

(ii) Accreditation of professional evaluation findings;

(iii) Provide policy advice and proposals for the improvement of science and technology incentives;

(iv) To study other important issues in the evaluation of provincial science and technology awards.

The provincial science and technology incentive committees have established provincial science and technology awards offices responsible for everyday work. The provincial STI office is based in the provincial science and technology administration.

Article 14. The evaluation process is based on the need for a number of professional evaluation teams, which are responsible for the evaluation of provincial science and technology awards within the present professional context.

Candidates recommended for provincial science and technology awards and stakeholders must not be evaluated.

Article 15. Units and individuals involved in the recommendations, evaluation activities should be kept confidential to the technical content and evaluation aspects involved, without in any way disclosing the technical content and evaluation of their technical results.

Article 16, after the conclusion of the professional evaluation, the provincial office for scientific and technical incentives will recommend to the award project to be published in the media, to seek an objection and receive social oversight.

Any unit or person who has contested the declared project, the completion unit and the completion of the person shall object within 30 days of the date of the announcement to the Office of the Provincial Scientific and Technical Accreditation and complete the list of objections and submit the necessary documentation.

Article 17 The provincial office for scientific and technical incentives should complete the process of the objection within 30 days of the date of the objection. In exceptional cases, the Provincial Committee on Science and Technology Awards may authorize an appropriate extension not exceeding 30 days.

The level of incentives is not covered by the objection.

The Provincial Office for Science and Technology Incentives, based on professional evaluation findings and dissenting, presents to the Provincial Committee on Science and Technology Awards proposals, projects and incentives.

Article 19 Provincial Committee on Science and Technology Awards were validated and proposed awards were made. The Ministry of Science and Technology was approved by the Government of the Provincial People.

Article 26 Social forces set up social-oriented science and technology awards in my province to be implemented in accordance with the Social Power's Science and Technology Award Management Scheme.

Article 27 of this approach is implemented effective 1 February 2010. The “Science of Science and Technology Awards in the Province” was repealed on 11 January 2002.
