Article 1, in order to enhance the extension of the scientific and technological outcomes, sets this approach in line with the provisions of the Law on Buildings in the People's Republic of China and the Law on Buildings in the Province of Chungi.

Article II applies to the extension of scientific and technological outcomes and their monitoring management activities within the territorial administration.

Article 3. This approach refers to the development of scientific and technological outcomes, such as technological advances, energy efficiency, water, festivals, environmental protection, new materials, new processes and new equipment for building science and technology development in the field.

The implementation of the scientific and technological outcomes described in this approach refers to activities such as the publication of a directory, the organization of demonstration works, training guidance, advisory services, and the use of the building of scientific and technological results for the construction of industry-wide activities.

Article 14. Construction projects with one of the following conditions should give priority to the promotion of the use of scientific and technical outcomes in technical announcements:

(i) Safeguarded housing projects;

(ii) Specific pilots, demonstration works;

(iii) Declare construction projects for excellence design and quality works;

(iv) Other construction projects in Government investment.

Article 15. Business units such as urban and rural planning, utilities, engineering survey, engineering design, construction, construction, engineering and real estate development should be actively used to build the scientific and technical outcomes of extension applications, to strictly enforce restrictions or to prohibit the use of technology backwards.

Article 26, in violation of this approach, provides that the relevant units do not implement mandatory extension provisions, are converted by the administrative authorities responsible for the construction of urban and rural areas at the district level and by the Government of more than 3,000 dollars.
