(H) improve urban functions and improving infrastructure, public services, planning requirements and measures of production and living environment;

(Iv) presented within the scope of the protection of buildings and structures and classification of the elements of the environment protection management requirements, numbers the historic buildings are proposed to protect the content and requirements;

25th local people's Governments at or above the county level shall urban planning departments and their staff, or by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities established Township people's Governments and their staff of any of the following acts, to the responsibilities to be given a warning or a demerit, less heavy, given a demerit or demoted in serious cases, dismissal:
(A) in violation of planning approval in historic districts, towns, village core within the scope of protection for construction, expansion or violation of regulations approved for migrations, the demolition of historic buildings;
(B) violation of historical and cultural blocks and limits the scope of protection of historic buildings (purple line), urban and rural planning compulsory content requirement issued planning permission.
Article 26th famous historical and cultural city, town, village, district planning involved in heritage conservation for examination and approval, and shall conform to the cultural relics protection law provisions. 27th article this way come into force December 29, 2014.
