In order to further implement the requirements of the Department of State and the provincial governments for the promotion of decentralization, the provincial Government has carried out in-depth clearance of the relevant regulations. Clearance:

Adopted three provincial government regulations, such as the Regulation for the Prevention of Public Security in the Province of Broaden.

Amendments were made to part of the provisions of the 11 provincial government regulations.

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.

Regulations to be amended by the Government of the Plurinational State of New York

In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 1, of the Modalities for the Safety of Civilian Explosive Goods in the Province of Extension, amending article 10, paragraph 1, of the “Energy applying for the production of civilian explosive items” to be registered in the local business administration, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 12, 13 and 13 of the Regulations. In the event of the conclusion of basic construction and the acquisition of a license for the safe production of civilian explosive items by provincial economic and informational authorities, the parties may engage in the production of civilian explosive items.”

Article IV of the Modalities for the Management of the Excellencies in the Province of Excellence reads as follows: “The operation of a chapter-making industry shall be subject to a licence of business in the local business administration and, with the consent of the provincial public security authorities, may operate.”

Article IV of the Amendments to the implementation of several provisions reads as follows: “The opening of hotels shall be made available to the local business administration to conduct a business licence and be eligible for security inspections in local districts (markets), district public security authorities, and to obtain a hotel industry licence”.

Amendments to Article 7 of the Land Survey Management Approach in the Province of Excellence are as follows:

Article 10, paragraph 3, of the Modalities for the management of pesticides in the province of Extension reads as follows: “The city, district agricultural administrative authorities are responsible for carrying out a review of the content of the publication of pesticide advertisements in their respective administrative regions and are not subject to advertising without review”.

Article 7, paragraph 1, of the Rules for the Management of the Nature of Forests and Wild Animal Types of Wild Animals is amended to read: “Any unit and individual access to national natural protected areas in the management of the forest sector shall be authorized by the provincial forestry administration. The seizures are prohibited for newly discovered species. The founders should be recognized or rewarded.”

Article 24 of the Convention on the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Province of Extension was amended to read: “The coastal engineering, marine engineering construction projects should be prepared in accordance with the law during the feasibility study period.

“Report on the environmental impact of coastal construction projects, and report on environmental sector review approval.

“Reports on environmental impact of marine construction projects are submitted to the environmental sector after approval by the ocean and fisheries sectors.”

Article 25, paragraph 2, was amended to read: “Departmental authorities authorize the establishment of a project on marine engineering and environmental impact reports for cross-border marine engineering construction projects, approved by the provincial marine and fisheries sectors; environmental impact reports for other marine engineering construction projects, approved by the coastal marine and fisheries sector. The provincial government-mandated sector approved the project on coastal engineering, as well as the environmental impact report on offshore construction projects across the city, which was approved by the provincial environmental sector; and the environmental impact report on other coastal engineering projects was approved by the coastal environmental sector. The law, legislation and regulations provide otherwise, from its provisions.”

Article 8 of the Modalities for the use of land-use taxes in the provinces of Extension is amended to read: “In addition to the provisions of article 7 of this scheme, taxpayers have difficulty in paying their land-use taxes and are approved by municipal, district and local tax authorities”.

Article 7 of the Excellence of Housing Tax Excise in the Province of Excellence is amended to read: “In addition to the provisions of article 6 of this rule, taxpayers have difficulty in taxing, which is periodically reduced by the tax sector or exempts from the taxation of the property.”

Amendments to article 9, paragraph 3, of the Modalities for the Management of Sports Competition in the Province of Honduran were made “to organize the following sports competitions and shall be submitted to the provincial sports administration for approval:

“(i) There are sports competitions involving Hong Kong Special Administrative Regions, Macao Special Administrative Regions, the Movement of Taiwan and the Movement;

“(ii) Enactment of sports competitions in “Greenin”, “Greenin” or other same name;

“(iii) Sports competitions across municipal administrations;

“(iv) More than 5,000 sports competitions for single participants.”

Article IV of the Modalities for the management of the production of livestock in the Province of Excellentin was amended to read: “Ontities and individuals engaged in the production of poultry production in the following species shall apply for the acquisition of licences for the operation of livestock production:

“(i) Production of origins (whether purely), ancestral, ancestral, parent-generational livestock and poultry;

“(ii) Production of jeopardy and poultry of commodities;

“(iii) To carry out the embezzlement of livestock;

“(iv) Avian incubation, species of livestock and artificially qualified varieties;

“(v) Production, operation of livestock eggs, refrigeration of genetic material, such as embezzlement.”

Article 10 amends to read: “Application for the acquisition of a licence for the operation of avian production shall apply to the authorities of the veterinary veterinary veterinary veterinary therapy:

“(i) Large-scale enterprises are producing predominant species (brain) of livestock;

“(ii) The production of raw species by medium-sized enterprises (soft);

“(iii) Large-scale businesses have been ancestral, ancestral, parent-generation and poultry;

“(iv) Large-scale enterprises produce jeans and grow poultry;

“(v) To carry out a sterilization;

“(vi) The operation of genetic material such as livestock breeding, refrigeration and foetus.

“The veterinary veterinary administrative authorities shall decide, by law, within 20 working days of the date of receipt of the application, to grant a licence for production.

“Application for the acquisition of licences for the production of genetic material such as the production of livestock eggs, refrigeration and foetus shall apply to the provincial authorities of livestock veterans. The provincial authorities shall decide, within 60 working days of the date of receipt of the application, whether to grant a licence to the production.”
