In order to preserve the unity of State rule of law, the adoption of the 69th Standing Conference of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, held on 29 April 2016, decided to amend the provisions of the regulations of the following Government relating to matters before business registration:
I. Methods for the management of feeding and feeding in the self-government of Mongolia
Article 8 would be amended to read: “Option shall be obtained for the production of feeds, feeding agents.
Enterprises for the production of feed additives and additives for mixed feeds should be allowed for production.”
Means of implementation of urban water supply in the Autonomous Region of Mongolia
Article 17 should be amended to read: “The urban water supply enterprises must conduct a qualitative review, in accordance with the provisions of the State and the self-government authorities. Upon review of qualifications, a certificate of the qualifications of the urban water industry is granted.”
Protection of the environment in the catering services sector in the self-government region of Mongolia
Article 6 was amended to read: “The new construction, alteration, expansion of the catering services project shall, prior to the start-up of construction projects, be subject to environmental impact evaluation procedures, such as environmental impact reports, environmental impact reports, environmental impact reports, environmental impact reports, environmental impact registration forms, as set out by the Environmental Protection Administration authorities of the State.
This decision is implemented since the date of publication.
