In order to further strengthen the prevention of transmission of non- typical pneumonia and to ensure the physical and life safety of the population at large, the following are communicated in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations and regulations such as the People's Republic of China Act on the Control of Infectious Diseases, the Public Place Health Regulations:
A people's government at all levels must make the use of a non-typical pneumonia prevention as a key task of maintaining public interest in accordance with the law, the important agenda, the establishment of leadership institutions and coordination mechanisms, clear responsibilities, integrated coordination and proactive work. All relevant departments are required to perform their duties, to be accountable, to work in close collaboration and to work together on epidemics.

Health administrations at all levels must make every effort to harmonize prevention and medical care for transmission of non-typical pneumonia epidemics, report in a timely and accurate manner on the dynamics of epidemics, trends in epidemics, forecasting analyses and rescue measures, and provide the scientific basis for government decision-making.
ACHI and health monitoring bodies at all levels need to strengthen surveillance of epidemics and report on epidemic monitoring to the local health administration in a timely and accurate manner; all units and communities must have timely and accurate access to their units and regional epidemics and report to the local health-protection sector in a timely manner, and effectively early detection, early reporting, isolation and early treatment. It is not permitted to debrief, debrief and conceal reports, and then to hold a serious responsibility for leadership.

Sectors such as civil aviation, railway, roads, public referrals and passenger arrivals are required to give high priority to the possible transmission of non- typical pneumonia transmission through means of transportation, and to strengthen the toxicity and ventilation of transport instruments and related sites, in line with the State Department's announcements, and to work together to prevent the re-entry of the epidemic.
Tens, all levels of education administration, schools and childcare institutions are required to take practical measures for the implementation of all aspects of preventive work and to prevent transmission from intrusion schools and childcare institutions.
Public transportation instruments operating in the city, such as buses, rental vehicles, escorts, etc., must implement daily preventive sterilization and strengthen wind exchange. The special garbage generated by medical institutions at all levels is strictly collected, poisoned, transported and processed in accordance with the regulations. The garbage of the hospital must also be closed in a timely manner.
The construction and labour sectors at all levels need to strengthen the management of mobile workers and, in accordance with the responsibility of the owners, the authorities inspect the promotion and the manner in which the health sector regulates the health of mobile workers.
