Article 5: The following places prohibit the use of cigarettes: (i) Protecting places of vital material; (ii) Important military areas; (iii) Location of places of flammable and easily explosive items; (iv) kindergartens, hospitals, nursing homes, teaching sciences; (v) Other places identified by the Government of the city. Article 6. The major event of celebrity and major holidays shall be submitted by the host unit to the public security authorities by seven days for approval by the State, and shall be subject to the approval of the pyrotechnical area, subject to review of the approval of the pyrotechnic. Article 7 prohibits the sale and fuel of dangerous products such as fires, unqualified quality of personal injury, pyrotechnical hypersignments and artillery, artillery, fire, fire paper, monthly travel, earth rockets and rats. Article 21 Law enforcement officials of the executive branch should strictly implement this provision, in good justice and indifference.
