Article 1 ensures the smooth conduct of the construction of priority projects in order to regulate project management and develop this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations.
The management of national focus-building projects and provincial priority-building projects (hereinafter referred to as priority-building projects) in the current province's administration is applicable. The State also provides for the provision.

(vi) To urge project legal persons or survey, design, construction, supervision, equipment supply units to correct violations;
(vii) Coordinate the relationship between the relevant sectors and the city, the city, the district and the Government of the people with the focus on the construction of the project to address the issue of priority-building projects.

Article 25
