Article 11. Amphetamines should be reported and processed according to the nature of the epidemic; deadly, poultry shall be treated in accordance with the relevant national provisions and shall not be abandoned. Article 13, livestock for the production of blood-borne products, and avian blood should be acquired, processed and sold by hidings with production conditions. No hidings (points) that do not have the conditions for the production of blood products may be processed, sold for blood products, slaughter and maizeing after processing, and cooking for cooking and cooking. Article 14. Municipal, autonomous district animal protection monitoring bodies should be deployed to quarantine agents to implement the quarantine (points) at the targeted smugglers and strictly to carry out livestock and veterinary therapy in accordance with national regulations relating to the sanitation of meat. Article 22, the commercial administration of the autonomous district should conduct oversight inspections with the relevant authorities to strengthen livestock, veterans and their products, and establish a complaints reporting system to receive consumer complaints and reports. Unqualified livestock, poultry and its products are processed in accordance with the relevant national provisions. Article 28, in violation of article 19 of this approach, provides for the sale of “fambroids” and its products and breedings, pamphetamines and nights, with the preservation of the commercial administration of the city, self-government districts and the supervision of the animal, with a fine of up to $100,000 for operators. Article 29, in violation of article 20 of this approach, provides for a warning of livestock, poultry and its products, water note or other substances, by the commercial administration of the city, self-government districts, to put an end to the offence and to impose a fine of up to 300,000 dollars per fine. Article 33 violates this approach by referring to the responsibilities of other management, which is punishable by the relevant authorities within the statutory purview. Article 31 imposes on the obstruction, refusal of the executive branch to carry out its functions under the law, in violation of the provisions of the penalties imposed by the security authorities, and criminalizes the law. Article 32 does not determine administrative penalties and may apply to administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with the law. Article 33, Staff of the management concerned with livestock, poultry sabotage, abuse of authority, provocative fraud, are subject to administrative disposition by their units or superior authorities, which constitute criminal liability by law. Article 34 of this approach is implemented effective 10 July 2003. The dying management approach in the stream city (No. 42 of the People's Government Order No. 42) and the notification of the supplementary provisions of the stream city's sterile management approach (No. [1997]43) were repealed. |
