Chapter I General
In order to encourage citizens, organizations that contribute to science and technology activities, to mobilize the active and creative nature of scientific and technological workers, to accelerate the development of science and technology, to promote the implementation of the strategy on the teaching of the city and sustainable development, to fully enhance the competitiveness of the city of Hi and Huntland, and to develop this approach in line with the provisions of the national, autonomous region's scientific and technical incentives.
Article 2 Science and technology incentives for the implementation of the “respect for knowledge, respect for talent”. Article 11. Article 12

(iv) An important contribution to the industrialization of high-new technologies.
Only staff working in the management and support of administrative organizations in science and technology activities shall not be candidates for the municipal science and technology awards.
Article 14. The candidate for science and technology progress awards in the city of Huntland should be the provision of technical, equipment and personnel in the development, development, production and diffusion of projects and the completion of the project.
Article 15. The level of awards for scientific and technological progress in the city of Huntland is assessed in an integrated manner according to the following criteria:

Chapter III Evaluation bodies and responsibilities
Article 16 Principal responsibilities of the Committee on Science and Technology:

Article 19, a member of the Professional Evaluation Commission, one member of the Deputy Director, and a number of members. The members of the Professional Evaluation Committee are appointed for a term of two years.
The qualifications of members of the professional evaluation committees are determined by the municipal science and technology administration. Article 21, the persons involved in the evaluation of science and technology awards should be strictly conservative for the technical content and evaluation of projects completed by candidates and candidate units.
Chapter IV Recommendations
Article 2 declares the appeal and the award of science and technology in the city of Hitil, which is submitted by the declaringor or organization, generally by administrative affiliation, and recommends the declaration.

Article 23 does not declare a call for scientific and technical incentives in the city of Hun Yamazaki if:

Chapter V Evaluation process

Chapter VI
The evaluation of science and technology awards in the city of Horizon and Hunte is subject to social scrutiny and an objection system is put in place.

Chapter VII awards
