Article 2

Article 5

Article 6. A light-stop lighting facility must be installed in accordance with the location, format and duration of the approved programme.

Article 23. Article 28 imposes on the denial, obstruction of urban management staff and the enforcement of public duties by the urban administration inspector, in violation of the People's Republic of China's Code of Conduct and Punishment, which is governed by law by the public security authorities and constitutes a crime and is criminally liable by law.
Article 29 does not impose administrative penalties on the parties and may apply to administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with the law.
The parties did not apply for reconsideration or the failure to comply with the penalties decision, and the enforcement of the sanctions decision was sought by the sectors that had taken a decision.
Article 30: Urban light management, law enforcement officials have been given the following acts in their work: warnings, excessives, dismissals, etc.
(i) Non-performance of the responsibility for the management of the lightnight landscape;
(ii) Non-civilized law enforcement and violations of the provision of fees and incests in law enforcement;
(iii) Toys negligence, abuse of authority, provocative fraud and bribe;
(iv) Violations of national, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and provisions.
Article 31 of the present provision is implemented effective 1 February 2004, and the management provisions of the Quarterly Urban Constraints in the town of Knowledg have been repealed.
