(Adopted at the 17th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Yumnang on 10 May 2004, No. 126 of 16 June 2004 by the People's Government Order No. 126 of 16 June 2004 (Act of 1 July 2004) In order to preserve the unity of the rule of law, in accordance with the provisions of the National People's Republic of China's Administrative Accreditation Act, the Office of the Provincial People's Rule of Law will conduct a comprehensive clean-up of 188 regulations and 156 normative documents that are currently in force at the end of 2003. Based on the results of the clean-up, the Government of the province decided that: A new law, regulations and regulations, such as the National People's Republic of China's Administrative Accreditation Act, are not adapted to them, and 16 regulations that have been replaced or are based on new laws, regulations and normative documents have been repealed (see annex I) and 18 normative documents (see annex II to the catalogue). Following the publication of the Decision of the People's Government of Yumnang on the Abolition of Partial Regulations issued prior to 2001, four regulations that have been decided to put an end to implementation (see annex III) have been repealed. This decision has been implemented effective 1 July 2004.
