(Adopted by the 30th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the city of Zenin on 21 June 2004 No. 42 of the Decree No. 42 of 30 June 2004 No. 42 of the Order of the People's Government of the city of Zenzi, issued as of 1 July 2004)

The Government of the city has decided to amend the provisions on the management of the Alternal Postal Terminal (No. 27 of the People's Government Order 2000) as follows:
Amending article 5 as follows: “A non- Postal enterprise or other business organization shall apply for the processing of a specially fast-moved operation and shall contract the award of office in accordance with the provisions of the law.”
Delete articles 6, 7 and 8.
Article 15, paragraph 1, was amended to read as follows: “In violation of this provision of the operation of a specially rapid deportation operation, the city Postal Administration shall be responsible for the transfer of letters and letters of a nature and the payment of royalties shall be subject to a fine of more than 1,000 dollars.”
Articles 16 and 17 were deleted.
The relevant provisions are adjusted accordingly.
This decision has been implemented effective 1 July 2004.
The Honduran Municipal Postal Terminal Regulation is released in accordance with the relevant amendments to this decision.

Annex: Oxford City Postal Terminal Administration (Amendment 2004)
(Act dated 18 July 2000 from the Government of the People of the city of Zenzi, issued on 30 June 2004 in accordance with the Decision of the People's Government of the city of Narzin on Amendments to the Regulations on the Priorities of the Postal Terminal Administration of the city of Nusazzin)
Article 1 establishes this provision in the light of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations such as the Postal Act of the People's Republic of China.
Article 2 applies to enterprises and other operators engaged in specially deported businesses in this city. The law, administrative regulations provide for specialization, as well as their provisions.
This provision refers to the postal operations of the most rapid transmission of letters and correspondence-related items within the time frame established by the national postal authorities, as well as rapid-referral operations, fast-moving operations and fast-track operations (hereinafter referred to as “mining”.
Article 3

Article 9 prohibits the operation of a designated enterprise and other business organizations as follows:

(ii) The receipt of documents and goods belonging to State secrets;
(iii) The receiving State provides for the prohibition of the circulation or transfer of goods;
(iv) Exclusive seizures of the goods by the State;
(v) Private demolitions, concealment, destruction of the transferee or theft of property and information from the shipment.
No units or individuals shall be used either forfeiture or for use of special postal symbols, postal symbols and postal supplies for special purposes.
Article 11. The law enforcement inspectorate of the Postal Administration, in the event of an offence, has the right to enter into investigations, inspections, inspections, in accordance with the law of enterprises engaged in specially pre-empted business activities, other operating organizations or specialized treatment sites. The operator or the staff concerned shall, if any, respond to the question and assist in the investigation, inspection.

Article 12.
