(Summit 5th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia on 23 June 2005 to consider the adoption of the Decree No. 139 of 2 September 2005 of the People's Government Order No. 139 of the Mongolian Autonomous Region, which came into force on 1 October 2005)

In order to promote the prosperity and development of the philosophical social sciences in the self-government region of Mongolia, philosophical social scientists are encouraged to make positive innovations to better serve economic and social development in the self-government region, and to develop this approach in line with the relevant national provisions.
This approach is applied by the selection and incentives of the Philosophical Social Achievement in the Autonomous Region of Mongolia.
Article 3. The selection and incentives of the Philosophical Social Achievement in the Autonomous Region of Mongolia should be guided by the principles of openness, justice and science.
Article IV. The award of Philosophical Social Philosophical Achievement in the Self-Autonomous Region of Mongolia is the People's Government Award for the Self-Autonomous Region of Mongolia, which is one, two and three.
The successful and rewarding activities of the Philosophical Society of the Inutonomous Region of Mongolia are held every two years.
Article 5: The Government of the people of the self-government of Mongolia established the Independent Mongolian Committee for the Ecological Evangelical Ecological Evantages of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia (hereinafter referred to as the Committee for Accreditation), which is responsible for the selection of good scientific achievements in the Philosophical Community of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia.
The selection committee consists of experts in the area of philosophical social science that are not less than 40 people, and the representatives of the relevant sectors, who have high-level professional technical functions may not be less than two thirds.
The Office of the Consultative Committee is based in the Social Science Federation of the Self-Government of Mongolia, which is responsible for the day-to-day work of the selection.
Article 6 Funds and incentives for the selection of Philosophical Social Memorials in the self-government sector are included in the current annual financial budget of the self-government area.
Article 7 participates in the selection of the Good Science in Philosophical Society in the Autonomous Region of Mongolia, whose author's work unit should be located in the administrative region of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia (including all types of outside institutions in the Autonomous Region of Mongolia) and in accordance with one of the following conditions:
(i) Results such as writers, translations, teaching materials, archaeological collation, local logs, tools, audio-visual products, Koppings, papers, etc. should fall within the scope of the philosophical society and be published and published (public transmission);
(ii) The results of cooperation with field authors must be the first-hand or first author of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia;
(iii) Research reports, advisory reports, evidence reports, etc., which generate significant economic or social benefits.
Article 8 states that:
(i) The award of literature and scientific and technological progress awards in the self-government of Mongolia;
(ii) The National Philosophical Social Fund project and the Philosophical Social Science Planning Project in the Autonomous Region have not yet been completed;
(iii) The existence of the right to work is controversial.
Article 9 participates in citizens or organizations selected for the scientific excellence of the Philosophical Community of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia, in accordance with the following procedures:
(i) The members of the Institute of Social Sciences in the autonomous self-government of Mongolia;
(ii) A declaration by philosophical social scientists from allies to the Association of Social Science;
(iii) The author of a declaration other than subparagraph (i) and (ii) of this article shall be declared directly to the office of the Optional Protocol.
Specific procedures for the selection of Philosophical Social Evangelical Ecology in the self-government region of Mongolia have been developed by the Office of the Consultative Committee and implemented after the approval of the Government of the people of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia.
Article 10 obtained the award of excellence in the philosophical society of the self-government of Mongolia, which should be one of the following conditions:
(i) The results of the specialization should be creative in researching practical and historical major issues, with new contributions to the building of disciplines;
(ii) The results of the teaching materials should be able to reflect contemporary latest scientific findings and have important applications for scientific research teaching;
(iii) Translation-based results should be translated into accuracy, with a high reference value for researching major theoretical and practical issues in modernizing our country and contributing to deepening academic studies;
(iv) The results categories of tools (including research information) should be reliable and knowledge-based, accurate and valuable for academic studies;
(v) The results of the archaeological collation of publications should be faithful, and the studies of historical studies are innovative and valuable for contemporary social scientific research;
(vi) The outcomes of the Psychology should be more scientific, knowledge-based and catalytic in disseminating universal philosophical social scientific knowledge;
(vii) The results of the local logic should be reliable and accurate and have high historic values;
(viii) The outcome of the paper should be unique, innovative and creative, with important reference value for addressing the major theoretical issues and practical issues in reality;
(ix) The development of research reports, evidence reports, advisory reports, results-based materials, which are more reliable and innovative, play a clear role in promoting economic and social development in self-government zones.
Article 11 Findings of the Good Science in Philosophical Society in the Self-Autonomous Region of Mongolia are publicized by the Office of the CEPR. The announcement was 30 days.
The Office of the Consultative Committee is responsible for the receipt of objections and complaints and the timely response of the complainant.
Article 12 receives units and individuals from the Good Science Award for Philosophical Social Philosophical Achievement in the Self-Autonomous Region of Mongolia, which is awarded awards and awards by the Government of the people of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia.

Article 14. The members of the selection committees are contrary to the selection discipline, and the Government of the people of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia removes the qualifications of its members and assumes the corresponding legal responsibility.
Article 15. The selection, rewarding of the scientific excellence of Philosophical Society in allies may be implemented in the light of this approach.
Article 16 is implemented effective 1 October 2005.
