Chapter I General
Article 1 ensures the quality of meat, protects human health, preserves the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and develops this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
Article II engages in business activities in the sale, processing, use, storage and transport of livestock smugglers and meat within the city's administration.
Article III refers to avian crop, sheep, pigs, chicken.
The meat described in this approach refers to sabotages, hearts and their split products.
Article IV governs the supervision of the management of livestock dying and the flow of meat.
Sectors such as farming, health, business, public safety, quality technical supervision, environmental protection, national religion should be aligned with the management of livestock dying and meat.
Article 5

Chapter II
Article 8. Avian cattle dying shall be carried out in the form of a poultry plant (ground) established by law.
Article 9. Article 11
(i) There is a need to adapt to the scale of dying and to meet the standard water resource conditions;

Article 12 is approved for the production of a poultry plant (grounds) by the Government of the commune, which is a sign of a nuclear smuggler licence and targeted slaughter.

Article 17

Chapter III
Article 19

Chapter IV Legal responsibility

Article 25

Article 31 does not determine administrative penalties and may apply for administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with the law.
Article 31 rejects and impedes the enforcement of public services by administrative law enforcement officials, which is punishable by law by the public security authorities; constitutes an offence and is held criminally by law.
Article 32, Staff members of the commercial administrative authorities play a role in the commission of negligence, abuse of authority, provocative fraud, and administrative disposition by their units or superior organs; and criminal responsibility is lawfully prosecuted.
Chapter V
The establishment and management of the veterans of livestock in remote areas and in the agro-industries, taking into account this approach.
Article 34 of this approach is implemented effective 25 August 2005.
