Article 1 promotes the protection, development and utilization of the resources of the mountain landscape in order to strengthen the management of the core landscape areas of the mountain landscape, and develops this approach in the light of the provisional regulations governing the management of the national landscapes, the National Forest Parks Regulations and the Regulations on the Management of the Shepherd Mountains.
Article 2 of this approach refers to the core landscape area of the mountain landscape (hereinafter referred to as the core landscape area) as the northern landscape area of the mountainous landscape and the sanctuary area (national forest park).
Article 3 requires compliance with this approach with units, residents, tourists and units and individuals associated with the protection, management, utilization and development of wind-based resources.
Article IV. The Committee for the Management of the Metropolitan Landscapes (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is represented by the municipal government in the protection, development and use of the Buddddhist areas and is responsible for the specific implementation of this approach.
The relevant sectors of the city and their offices established in the mountainous areas should be assisted by their respective responsibilities in the management of the Commission's core landscape areas.
Article 5 Buildings in the core landscape area should be strictly enforced in the overall planning of the mountainous landscapes, prohibiting the construction of new hotels, holidays, restaurants, etc., and residential accommodations.
The above-mentioned places and homes inherited from history should be phased out as planned.
Article 6. The former villagers shall not double construction, expansion and construction of new residential facilities, and the need for new construction, and should be planned for separate sites outside the core area.

Article 8. Article 2 violates this approach and concerns other relevant laws, regulations and regulations, which are punishable by law by the relevant authorities.
Article 23 of the Commission or the relevant administrative law enforcement services staff have been held to perform negligence, abuse of authority, provocative fraud, bribes, and have not been criminalized by administrative disposition by the Commission or the relevant administrative law enforcement authorities; and criminal liability is lawful.
Article 24 does not determine administrative penalties and may apply to administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with the law. The organs that have decided to impose penalties may apply for enforcement by the People's Court.
