(Summit session of the Government of the Hygis of 1 November 2005 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 17 of 7 December 2005 by the Government of the Hygiene People, which came into force on 1 February 2006) Chapter I General Article 1, in order to build a socialist harmonious society, to promote social integrity, to reward heroic, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of heroic and to develop this approach in line with the relevant national laws, regulations and regulations. Article 9 reads the declaration by a heroic officer, dispatched by a unit or by an individual to a public security officer where the act occurs, street offices, communes (communes), and the Government of the people, who have been declared heroic office by public security officers, street offices, communes (communes). See other persons who have suffered injury, according to the following provisions: (i) Adherence to the conditions of disability, in accordance with the provisional approach of the Ministry of Civil Affairs disability pension management; (ii) In recognition of the full loss of labour capability by the Commission of Labour at the municipal level, the civilian sector in the district, district (market) is provided with the cost of living by 80 per cent of the minimum standard of living at its location; (iii) Partial loss of labour capacity, which is paid to the civilian sector by 50 per cent of the minimum standard of living at the location. The recruitment of staff by State organs, groups and undertakings, enterprise units should be given priority under the same conditions as the oral and heroic relatives of the awardees, the visual sacrifice or maiming of persons, and the personnel, labour and social security sector should be recommended as a matter of priority. The civil affairs sector should give priority to the employment of a civil welfare enterprise because of the heroic loss of the labour force due to the injury and the difficulty of the family for the care of a person, who is personally or his immediate family. The authorities should give priority to dealing with documents of persons with disabilities due to heroic disability. Article 21 reads as a heroic diplomar, a heroic sacrifice or a direct family of a disabled person to engage in a non-public economy, and the tax, business and other sectors should give priority to the process of production and tax relief under the law.
