Article 1, in order to regulate the management of labour models for workers, fully plays a leading role in civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization of socialist substances and develop this provision.
Article 2 refers to the labour model described in this article, which refers to labour models such as the designation by the Government of the province of enterprises, business units, agencies, groups, etc. in the northern province of the River, labour model in the northern province of the River and advanced workers in the northern province of the river.
Article 3. The Government of the Provincial People's Government meets every three to five years to recognize the naming of a labour model for the evaluation of the selected workforce.

Article IV Voices of Labour Modalities, established by the Government of the Provincial People's Government, recognize the employment model selection body, based on the overall level of economic, social development and the related sectors, the specificities of the units and the number of workers, report to the Government of the Provincial People's Government on the status of the provincial government, and make the establishment of the municipality and the relevant provincial governorhoods, central vision units three months before the date of the Conference.
Article 5

The specific conditions for employment model selection are developed by the labour model review body, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the present province and the basic conditions set out in the preceding paragraph, followed by the approval of the Government of the People of the province.
Article 6. The selection of a worker labour model should be guided by the following principles:
(i) industries and all sectors of society that are directed at the grass-roots, the first line of production, economic construction and social development;
(ii) Public, fair, impartial and socially monitored;
(iii) The recommended candidate is generally derived from the labour model in the area or from the advanced individuals who have benefited from the labour model treatment in the municipality where the job performance is particularly highlighted may be directly recommended;
(iv) Women and ethnic minority workers are duly represented.
Article 7. Evaluating the employment model of the selected worker shall be conducted in accordance with the following procedures:
(i) The recommended candidate arises from a decentralized, democratic proposal by an enterprise, business unit, agency, group, etc. unit, who is recommended by the General Assembly of Employers or by the Staff General Assembly when it is discussed by the General Assembly or by the General Assembly of Employers, who is the enterprise, the business unit, the organ, the main head of the group, and shall seek the views of its superior authorities and the relevant departments before the report;

(v) The Ministry of the People's Government has awarded the Labour Model in the Northern Province of the River after the finalization of the proposed candidate for the enterprise, awarding the number of successful practitioners in the northern province of the river to individuals with special emphasis on the labour model in the northern province of the River, and the number of labour models such as the Northern Province.
Article 8
Article 9. The Government of the people at the district level and its relevant departments should support the organization in the day-to-day management and service of the labour model for the worker, in a timely manner, in the work, learning, the difficulty and problems of the job model for the worker, in the promotion of the labour model of the worker and in promoting the spirit of labour model.

Article 11. Article 12. The unit of the worker labour model shall be paid an honorary allowance in full by month, in accordance with the relevant provisions of this province. Article 14. The unit of the worker labour model shall participate in the basic health insurance system as a whole, and shall pay medical assistance for the worker's labour model, taking into account the criteria for the medical grant of civil servants, without the overall participation in the basic health insurance scheme, and shall be paid at the local health insurance agency for basic health insurance coverage for the staff member's labour model and for the payment of medical benefits in accordance with the civil service medical subsidy rate, or reimbursement for medical expenses in the light of the local civil service reimbursement rates.
Article 15 organizes a health medical examination every year for the worker labour model. Costs are to be addressed by the same unit of the workforce model. The job model does not have a job unit, which is to be addressed by the Government's financial sector in its established areas.
Article 16 The costs are shared by the trade union organizations that organize recuperation activities and the labour model units of workers. The wages and benefits of the recuperation period remain unchanged.
Article 17
Article 18 In line with the purchase of affordable housing conditions, priority should be given to the acquisition of affordable housing.
Article 19 provides employment models for workers who are difficult to live and grants hardship assistance and special hardship relief in accordance with the relevant provisions of this province.
Article 20
(i) Failing the use of labour models for advanced monuments;
(ii) Instruction of serious errors when recommended;
(iii) Be disposed of by dismissal;
(iv) Re-education or criminal punishment;
(v) Illegal departure.
Article 21, after the dismissal of the Labour Model Law of the Employer, should reclaim its honour certificate and awards and cease the enjoyment of the treatment.
Article 22 named by the relevant State and, according to the provisions, shall enjoy the advanced personal status of the enterprise, business units, agencies, groups, etc. in the province where the labour model in the northern province of the River, the treatment of advanced workers in the northern province.
Article 23 The provisional regulation of labour model management for provincial employees in the northern province, published by the Government of the People of the province on 26 December 1988, was also repealed.
