(Adopted at the 89th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Chiang Province, held on 27 March 2006, No. 105 of the Decree No. 105 of 13 April 2006 of the People's Government of the Province of Chiang Mai Province, which came into force on 1 June 2006)

Article 1 provides for the defence and mitigation of sudden meteorological disasters and the protection of the life of the people, in accordance with the People's Republic of China Meteorological Act, to develop this provision in conjunction with the current province.
The early warning signal under Article 2 (see annex) is a unified signal for the defence of sudden-onset meteorological disasters in my province.
Article 3 states that the signal of emergency meteorological disaster early warning signals will be consolidated by meteorological stations, which are owned by more than district-level meteorological authorities. Any organization or individual shall not communicate to the public the early warning signals provided by the meteorological stations affiliated to the non- meteorological authorities.
Article IV. Media and associated telecommunications operators at all levels should be disseminated in a timely manner to the meteorological stations affiliated with meteorological authorities (including re-recognition or updating). Basic telecommunications operators should ensure that the delivery of early warning signals transmitted through their public-use communications networks is accessible. Specific means of webcasting early warning signals are developed by provincial radio TV, communications industry management with provincial meteorological authorities.
Article 5 Governments at all levels should strengthen the development of emergency weather monitoring forecasts, early warning signal transmission systems and defence systems infrastructure, and continuously increase local early warning levels, webcast quality and defence capabilities.
Article 6. Governments and relevant sectors at all levels should draw on defence guidance in this provision (see annex) to develop concrete measures for the defence of sudden meteorological disasters in the context of local and current sectors.
Article 7. Governments and relevant sectors at all levels should compile, in accordance with this provision, information brochures on emergency meteorological disaster warning signals and defence measures that must be disseminated in depth by different means.
Article 8. Units or individuals shall take measures, in accordance with this provision and the provisions of the local people's Government or relevant authorities, to prevent or reduce disaster losses.
Article 9. The same type of early warning signals is not consistent with this provision throughout the region. The Hiroshima People's Government issued on 18 September 2000 the provisions of the Procedural, Rainal, cold warning signals.

Annex
I. Sustainable early warning signals
Typhoon early warning signals are ranked at five levels, respectively, in white colour, blue, yellow, o and red.
(i) Abstronic warning signal

Defence guidance:
To be vigilant about the impact of tropical cyclones on the ground;
Please note the update on the access to tropical cyclones by listening, receiving coverage of the media or disseminating meteorological information, such as meteorological counselling telephones, to determine or modify the plans.
(ii) Abstronum warning signal

Concepts: 24 hours may be affected by tropical cyclones, with an average wind power of more than 6 or above; or have been affected by tropical cyclones, an average wind of 6 to 7 years, or a pyrethtan 7 to 8 to be sustainable.
Defence guidance:
Preparedness for wind;
Takes note of the latest information on tropical cyclones reported by the media and the relevant information on winds;
Structural windows, perimeters, squatters, temporary meals are well placed indoor items that are vulnerable to tropical cyclones.

(iii) Philosophical, early warning signals

Concepts: 24 hours may be affected by tropical cyclones, with an average wind power of more than 8 or above, or having been affected by tropical cyclones, an average temperature of 8 to 9 years, or a pyrethroid of 10 years.
Defence guidance:
Access to the state of life, and recommends that kindergartens, paediatric parks be discontinued;

Defence guidance:

High-warning signals
High temperature early warning signals are ranked at three levels, respectively, in the name of yellow, slogan and red.
(i) High-ware early warning signals

meaning: weather cholera. Generally, the highest temperature will be close to or reached 35°C or more than 35°C in 24 hours.
Defence guidance:

(i) Grace warning signals

Context: There may occur within 12 hours at a height of 500 metres, or there has been a slack of symnes, greater or equal to 200 metres.
Defence guidance:
Drivers pay attention to changes in fire and to caring;
Airports, highway, ferry terminals have given attention to transport safety.
(ii) Graceollow warning signals

Context: There may occur within six hours, with a small range of 200 metres, or there has been a risk that it is less than 200 metres, greater or equal to 50 metres.
Defence guidance:
The fire has resulted in a marked reduction in the quality of air and the proper protection of the population;
Because of the low visibility, the driver should control the pace and ensure security;
Airports, highway, ferry terminals take measures to secure transport safety.
(iii) Grace warning signals

Contrary: there may be a strong smoke less than 50 metres in two hours, or a strong fuses that are less than 50 metres.
Defence guidance:
The airfields in the area affected by heavy fumes were suspended and the highway and ferry were temporarily closed or stopped;
