In order to preserve the unity of the socialist rule, the implementation of the National People's Republic of China's administrative licence law was seriously followed by the Government of the People's Republic of China, which had decided to amend the regulations of the five self-government communities, such as the Pesticide Management Scheme of the Indian Self-Government Zone.

Modalities for the implementation of the Regulations on the Conservation of Livestock in the Hindu Autonomous Region

(i) Article 13 amends the designation of “Recognition and identification of new varieties of poultry in local livestock in the self-government area” and should be submitted to the State Department of State, upon endorsement by the Committee.
The approval of the species of livestock in the trans-self-governance area is named with the identification of new varieties, which are presented by the Committee in its first instance and by the National Commission for the Review of Acultry.
Accorded livestock breeding is published by the approval unit and included in national or local livestock poultry.
(ii) Article 14, paragraph 2, was amended to read as follows:
(iii) The third amendment to article 15, paragraph 3, reads as “the Commission decides to receive and shall submit a valid opinion within two months of the date of receipt; the approval of the review shall be submitted to the State's pastoral administrative authorities”.
(iv) Article 17 amends the name of “any unit or individual shall not change its name by publication of a new production of livestock”;
(v) Article 18 amends as follows: “Acultry species, which are not published by the Commission, shall not be produced for business, extension, voucher and advertisement”.
(vi) Article 19 was amended to read “in the course of production promotion of acultry species, such as the discovery of irremovable defects, and the Commission's recommendation to stop production, diffusion and public notice”.
(vii) Article 29, paragraph (iii), was amended to “promote the approval and approval of maizeive varieties without the approval and approval of the Committee on National or autonomous Regions”.
(viii) Article 20, paragraph 1, 2, and paragraph 3, was deleted and amended to read as follows: “The establishment of incubatory plants (households), the placement of plantations (points), the approval of the territorial Government's livestock administration authorities and the presentation of the case of pastoral administrative authorities in the self-government area”.

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.
