Article 1
In order to strengthen the standardization of public information symbols, to increase the level of urban civilization and to facilitate public life, and to develop this approach in line with the provisions of laws, regulations, such as the People's Republic of China's Standardization Act.
Article 2
The production, sale, placement and supervision of public information signs in the city's administration area apply.
Article 3
The approach refers to public information symbols, which are based on graphics, colours and words, letters, etc. or combinations, indicating the use and location of public regional, public facilities, indicating the symbols of people's behaviour.
Article IV (Development planning)
The Government of the people at this city should strengthen its leadership in the standardization of public information symbols and integrate them into urban development and tourism development planning.
Article 5 (Management responsibilities)
The municipal quality technical supervision sector (hereinafter referred to as the city quality department) is the administrative authority for the standardization of public information symbols in the city and is responsible for the standardization of the regulatory management of public information symbols throughout the city.
In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the relevant branches of the Government and civil aviation, railway, financial, electricity, telecommunications units within the city's administration have organized national, industry, local public information mark standards.
The commune sector can entrust the management of public affairs with monitoring of public information signs.
Article 6
Public information symbols and principles have been set up, and national, industrial standards have been implemented in accordance with their standards. The State, the industry has not yet established standards, and local standards are developed by the municipal quality sector in accordance with the procedures established by law, regulations and regulations, and entities and individuals can submit proposals for local standards to the commune.
Article 7
In line with the provisions of national, industrial and local standards, the city's quality sector has developed a directory of the implementation of the Standards of Purricular Public Information, in conjunction with the realities of the city.
The Quarterly Implementation of the Metricacies of Metropolitan Public Information Standards has been revised in a timely manner and made available to society in accordance with national, industry and local standards.
Article 8
The urban quality sector should provide corporate and individuals with access to public information markers, as required by the Public Provisions of Metropolitan Governments.
Article 9 (Producation)
The production of public information symbols must be consistent with the standards set out in the Quarterly Implementation Standards.
The production and sale of public information mark products that are not in compliance with the standards set out in the Cyclature Implementation Standards.
Article 10
National, industry and localities have not yet developed standards, while managers in public places need public information symbols that can be developed by themselves.
Article 11
The hotels (forewell shops), hospitals, schools, parks, sports sites (occupies), conference centres, office buildings, exhibitions, museums, airports, yards, parks, recreational places, theatres, business sites, tourist sites (points), construction sites, urban roads, public toilets, etc., and other public places and public facilities requiring public information signs, their managers or operators should set public information signs.
Construction projects within the scope of the preceding paragraph should include public information symbols as a subsidiary facility in the engineering budget and include standardization of public information symbols in the completion of the work.
Article 12
The creation of public information symbols should be safe, cured, facilitated and coordinated in accordance with the standards set out in the Quarterly Standards of Implementation; the creation of advertising facilities without prejudice to the effectiveness of public information symbols.
Article 13
The establishment or management of public information symbols should conduct regular inspections, maintenance and maintenance of public information symbols and integrity.
Article 14.
One of the following acts is punished by the Principality according to the circumstances:
(i) The imposition of public information symbols or public information symbols that are not in accordance with the criteria set out in the Cyclature Standards Implementation List, which is correct; the impossibility of the delay; and the fine of €500 million.
(ii) The public information symbols established were damaged, dispersed, were not promptly rehabilitated and updated, the time limit was being changed; the delay was not rectified, with a fine of over 1000 dollars.
(iii) The production, sale of products that are not in compliance with the standard public information symbols set out in the Cyclature Standards Implementation Criteria, which are converted to a fine of up to $50 million.
Article 15
Oversight, testing, abuse of authority by managers, provocative fraud, negligence, and administrative disposition by law, which constitutes an offence, and criminal liability by law.
Article 16 (Review proceedings)
The parties' decisions on administrative penalties are not consistent and may apply to administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with the law.
Article 17
The specific application of this approach is explained by the Office of the Rule of Law of the Metropolitan Government.
Article 18
This approach was implemented effective 1 August 2006.
