Article 1 strengthens the protection management of treasury trees by developing this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations.
The second approach applies to the protection and management of archaeological trees within the city's administration.
Article 3. This approach refers to trees of more than 100 years of age.
This approach refers to trees with historical values and observances and important scientific values.
Article IV. Governments at all levels should strengthen awareness-raising education for the protection of ancient trees, encourage and promote scientific research for the protection of angroves, promote scientific research results for the protection of archaeological trees and recognize or reward units and individuals that have highlighted the achievements of the protection of ancient trees.

Article 6

Article 7. Article 14. GUAM units or responsibilities should be responsible for the day-to-day conservation management of treasury trees, in accordance with technical norms, in order to guarantee the normal life of che trees.
Article 15. When natural disasters such as severe drought, flooding, the responsibilities or the responsible persons of Guangang trees should be protected in a timely manner.

Article 18, 19, 20 and Article 21 of this approach provides for administrative penalties in the area of integrated urban management law enforcement in accordance with the law, to be carried out by the urban administration of the administration of justice, and in other regions, the executive authorities of Guang trees are responsible for implementation.
Article 23, in violation of the provisions of this approach, provides that the infliction of injury or death on chewing trees shall be liable under the law, which constitutes an offence and shall be criminalized by law.
