Article 1
To strengthen the management of social hotels, regulate the operation of social hotels, improve the quality of the management and services of social hotels, provide a safe, health, convenient and comfortable accommodation environment for society, and develop this approach in line with the relevant regulations such as the Sichuan Province Tourism Regulations, the Urban Tourism Management Regulations.
Article 2

Article 5

Article 6 (Option of business)

Article 7

Article 8 (quality standards)
The municipal tourism administration will establish the Social Hotel Facilities and Services Quality Standards in accordance with the procedures established by law, regulations and regulations. Article 9
In accordance with the published quality standards, the municipal tourism administration has organized the activities of social hotels for excellence. Article 10 (annual review)

Article 13

Article 14.

Article 15 (Servicing facilities)
Social hotel services, as well as provisions and requirements relating to the meal environment, garage treatment, sewage and oil cigarette emissions, should be in line with sanitation, environmental protection, firefighting, security.
Article 16
Social hotel staff should use normative, civilized general statements to serve and promote external use of external language services.
Article 17
The services provided by the social hotel shall not include the following:
(i) Damage to national interests and national dignity;
(ii) National, racial, religious and gender discrimination;
(iii) Pornography, messaging;
(iv) Other elements prohibited by law, legislation.
Article 18
The tourism administration should establish a mechanism for sound complaints, publish complaints telephones and address complaints in a timely manner.
Article 19
In the course of monitoring inspections, the tourism administration can exercise the following functions by law:
(i) On-site inspection of the place of operation;
(ii) Inquired the parties and witnesses concerned;

Article 20
