Article I, in order to strengthen the management of livestock dying, to prevent the transmission of animal diseases and to protect the physical health and normative behaviour of the population, and to develop this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations, such as the State Department's Plan for the Management of Blookers.

The city's livestock poultry plant is specifically responsible for day-to-day management.
The district commercial administrative authorities are responsible for the supervision of spyal dying in the current administration.

Article 7. (iii) Scillary technicians who obtain health certificates by law;
(iv) A person with a specialized or part-time physical test subject to the examination;
(v) There is a need to test equipment, sterilization facilities, drug and pollutant treatment facilities;
(vi) Facilities for the environmentally sound processing of livestock and livestock products;
(vii) There are conditions that are consistent with the protection of the epidemic as set out in the animal protection law;
(viii) Other conditions under the laws, regulations and regulations.
Article 11. The veterans of active dying of poultry in business sites such as the agro-industry market should be made available to commercial administrative authorities, in accordance with conditions, and the issuance of targeted slaughters.
On-site dying of avian category should be established, with the following conditions:
(i) Licatory certificates for the operation of avian poultry, which are lawfully owned;

(v) Drivering practitioners to obtain health certificates in accordance with the law;
(vi) Other conditions under the laws, regulations and regulations.
Article 12. No unit or individual shall be subjected to spoilers of livestock; however, the rest of the population in rural areas is dominated by the food.
Article 13 quarantine and surveillance of the spying of livestock is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China Animal Prevention Act.
