Article 1 establishes this approach in the light of the actual practice of the province.
Article 2
Article 3 states the local log, which refers to the local logic of the name of the administrative area above the district level and the local integrated Yearbook.
The local logs in this province are divided into three levels: the local logs developed in the province, the city of the districts (including the demonstration of the high-technical industries in the Yanganagriculture) and the local logs (markets, areas).
Article IV. More than the people at the district level should strengthen the leadership of local grams and integrate local efforts into local economic and social development planning. Requirements for local work are included in the current financial budget.
Article 5
(i) Organization, guidance, promotion and inspection of local logs;
(ii) Develop local log planning and codification programmes;
(iii) Organizing the compilation of local logs and local integrated Yearbooks;
(iv) The collection, preservation of local logic literature and information and the organization of the old log;
(v) Organizing the development of local resources;
(vi) Operational training and local logic studies for local authors;
(vii) Other responsibilities under legal regulations.
Article 6 combines a dedicated part-time combination of local authors, with specialized expertise that should be tailored to the requirements of local work.
Article 7. Following the completion of each round of local logs, institutions responsible for the work of the local logs have initiated the new round of local exhibitions in conjunction with the preparation of the local consolidated Yearbook, the collection of information and the provision of advisory services to society.
Article 8
The relevant departments and related units of the Government of the above-mentioned population should be tasked with the corresponding codification tasks in accordance with the local logs.
Article 9. organs, social groups, enterprise units, other organizations shall provide real and accurate information on the codification of local logs and local integrated Yearbooks within the time frame specified.

Article 10 provides for a review of the receipt system. The local logs codified in the province are subject to a separate review and the local logs codified in the districts, districts (communes, districts).
Article 11
(i) The local logs codified in the province are first instance by the subsidiaries and the local logs codified in the establishment area are reviewed by the local logs of the Commission in the first instance, after which they are submitted to the provincial authorities;

Article 12
(i) The first instance is organized by the local logic of the District (communes, districts) and, after the adoption, the executive review of the local work of the city's government in the region;

(iii) The end of the trial is organized by the provincial authorities.
Article 13 provides public publication to the publisher after approval by the local logs at all levels of the final trial.
The publisher shall publish the official text of the local book approved by the provincial local logs.
The local book codified by the province was published by the provincial local grams.
Article 14. The Chinch Yearbook was reviewed by the provincial local logs, which is open.
After the review of the approval by the working bodies established by the current people's Government, the local consolidated Yearbook of the establishment area, the city, the district and the district, is open to publication.
The establishment, suspension and restatement of the provincial local logs should be reported by the establishment of the local, district, regional, integrated Yearbook.
In three months after the publication of the local book and the local consolidated Yearbook, the codified units should send a variety of books and CD-ROMs to the top-level people's governments in charge of local work, respectively.
Article 16 should be made accessible to society through the publication of local logs, local integrated Yearbooks, which are made available on the Government's portal or on the local log website.
Article 17
Other publications named by “significant” should be true, objective, accurate and not contrary to the relevant legal provisions and to the local people's Government's institutional support for local work.
Article 19, in violation of this approach, has one of the following acts: the time limit for institutional accountability for local work by the Government of more than the people at the district level; the imprecise of the people at this level; and the accountability of the principal executive heads and associated responsibilities under the law:
(i) In violation of article 8, paragraph 2, of this approach, the refusal to assume the codification mandate or the failure to fulfil the codification mandate as required;
(ii) In violation of article 9, paragraph 1, of this approach, failure to provide information within the specified time frame or to provide false information;
(iii) Non-implementation of the review system in violation of article 11, Article 12 of this approach;
(iv) In violation of article 15 of the present approach, it is not possible to send a copy and a CD within a specified time frame or not to be sent by a specified number of copies;
(v) In violation of article 16 of this approach, the publication of local book books and local integrated Yearbooks was not made available on the website in a timely manner.
Article 20, in violation of the provisions of this approach, stipulates that other laws and regulations are subject to penalties.
