(Adopted at the 24th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of the Länder on 7 November 2007, by Decree No. [2007] No. 5 of 15 November 2007, published from the date of publication) In accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations and Rules of the State of the Republic of China, the Municipal Government was cleared by the Government's regulations established by the end of 2006 and decided at the 24th ordinary meeting of the Government of 7 November 2007: i. Removal of 12 regulations that have been replaced by new legislation, regulations and regulations (see annex I). ii. Nothing has been lost or adjusted for the period of application, and 4 regulations that have actually been nullified and declared invalid (see annex II).
