Several provisions for the monitoring of nitrate salinity in the city of Xanghen

(Act No. 190 of the People's Government Order No. 190 of 1 September 2008)

Article 1, in order to enhance the monitoring of Ayclio salts, to prevent poisoning of the chemical hazards and chemical foods of Ayclio sulfate, to guarantee the safety of the people's life, to develop this provision in accordance with laws, regulations, regulations and regulations such as the Food Health Act of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Safety of Dangerous Chemicals and the Food Addigent Health Management Approach.

Article 2 applies to the production, operation and use of Aungi sulfate salt and its monitoring activities in the administrative region of Shenzhen.

Article 3 states that Acetic salts, including, inter alia, the sodium of Aycl acid and the potatoium. The use may be divided into industrial use of Ayclic salts, food additives, and Atrocetic salts for chemical test agents.

Aycl acid salts are also subject to monitoring with Ayclio salts.

Article IV provides for quality technical supervision, safe production monitoring, business administration, health, construction, transport, urban management and integrated law enforcement, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, and monitors the production, operation and use of Ayclio sulfate salt. Specifically:

(i) The quality technical supervision sector is responsible for the supervision of the production of anatroic salt and the use of anatrocetic salt for food additives;

(ii) A safe production monitoring management is responsible for overseeing the use of anatrocetic salt in industrial production and for operating licences that fall under hazardous chemicals, for chemical test agents to use Aycl acid salt;

(iii) The industrial and business administration sector is responsible for monitoring the management of yabinic salts in the area of circulation;

(iv) The health sector is responsible for overseeing the management of Aycl acid in the area of consumption;

(v) The construction, transport sector, in line with the division of duties, is responsible for the monitoring of the use of Ayclio sulfate salt on the construction site.

(vi) The integrated urban management law sector, in accordance with the Municipal Government's decision on the relatively centralized administrative penalties, is responsible for the undocumented operation of the Ayclio salt.

The relevant administrative authorities should develop, refine the appropriate inspection measures, in conjunction with regulatory features, and establish a system of excellence in the conduct of the conduct of the investigation to prevent, contain accidents and put an end to violations in a timely manner.

Article 5

The catering services are prohibited (including restaurants, food distributors, etc.) and personal purchases, storage, use of Aungi acid salt.

The sale of Ayclio salts is governed by a specific battalion. In this regard, the industrial use of Ayclio sulfate is organized by the manufacturer's stores; the use of Ayclio sulfate salt by the food addor; and the use of chlorofluorooctane sulfate by the chemical test agent's pyrate. Wages and food stores (grounds), trade markets and small commodity-contingent markets cannot be operated.

It is prohibited to sell anatroic salt to the catering service units (including the worker's meals, food distributors, etc.) and individuals.

Article 7 Production, operation and use of Ayclio salts for licensing or supporting management, as follows:

(i) The production of industrial use, chemical testoral salts belonging to hazardous chemicals, shall be subject to the provision of a production licence in the quality technical supervision sector;

The production of food additives shall be subject to a production licence and a health licence by the quality technical supervision sector, as prescribed, and the use by food-producing enterprises of anatroic salt shall be provided to the quality technical supervision sector;

(ii) The operation of industrial use, chemical testoral use of Aintrocetic salts belonging to hazardous chemicals shall be subject to the provision of a safe production supervision management licence;

(iii) The sale of Ayclio salt shall be subject to a licence from the commercial administration prior to sale indicating the scope of the operation of the Ayclio salt sales;

(iv) The use of Ayclide on the construction site shall be made available to the construction and transport sector by project management authority prior to the acquisition of Ayclio sulfate;

(v) Other enterprises, other than food-producing enterprises, use anatrocetic salt in industrial production, should be made available to the safe production management in the area prior to the acquisition of an industrial Ayclic salt.

The quality technical supervision sector and the security production monitoring authority should inform the relevant administrative authorities in a timely manner of the licence of Ayclio salt.

In accordance with subparagraphs (iv), (v) of this provision, a written certificate containing the name, address, contact telephone, quantity and use of the unit shall be submitted and a copy of the licence.

Article 8. The production, operation and use of Ayclio salt must be strictly recorded.

Acquisition of Aycl acid salts must be communicated to the Ayclio production or operation enterprise for the purpose of buying and reprinting the licensee of the purchase unit, which is entrusted by legal persons or units to confirm the identification and reproduction of the procurer.

The manufacture or operation should record the name, address, contact telephone and the name of the procurement unit, identification numbers and the number, purpose of the purchaser and retain the relevant photocopy. The record is kept at least one year.

The Ayclio salt use unit should establish purchases and use tyres. The record is kept at least one year.

Article 9. Ayclic salt must be stored in a specialized warehouse or a specialized counter, and the quantity of storage, methods and storage must be in compliance with the relevant standards and be managed by the individual on a bi-person basis.

Aerocid salt access and counter must be registered. Acquisition or a counter shall be verified every quarter.

The packaging of Ayclio salt must be in line with national laws, regulations, regulations and national standards, and its packaging should contain clear symbols, including production plants, plant sites, product names, trademarks, “oxinants”, “food additives” or “chemical test agents”, purifications, net content, quantification or production dates, production permits, etc.

Ayclic salts sold in this city should be added to a marked mark outside the packaging and contain the words “toxicly prudence”.

Article 11 prohibits the sale of unplanned, non-identified or packaging markings that are not synonymous with the provision of Aungio sulfate.

The Integrated Food Security Monitoring Unit should conduct regular awareness-raising activities on the safe use of Ayclide salts and provide free training for those involved in the production, operation, use of Ayclio sulfate. Specific advocacy and training methods are developed by the Integrated Food Security Monitoring Unit of the City.

Any unit or person who violates this provision shall be entitled to report. The reporting sector should be confidential. It is true that the sectors that receive the reports should be rewarded by the relevant incentives.

Sectors such as quality technical supervision, safe production monitoring, business administration, health, construction, transport, urban management integrated law enforcement should be established to receive public reports, and the public can also make public calls available to the municipality. Upon receipt of reports, the departments concerned should be treated and answered in a timely manner, and not in the functions of the sector, should be transmitted to the sectors entitled to be addressed and informed of the reporting person.

Article 14. In violation of article 5, paragraph 1, of the present article, the use of an additional food in conflict with the Aintrocetic salt shall be modified by the responsibility of the quality technical supervision department and fined by $20,000.

In violation of article 5, paragraph 2, of the present provision, the purchase, use of anatrocial salt has been modified by an order of responsibility of the health administration and a fine of three million dollars.

Article 15 violates article 6, paragraph 1, of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, which provides for the operation of a superfluous salt and is subject to a fine of US$ 30,000.

In violation of article 6, paragraph 2, of the present provision, the sale of Ayclic salts to catering services units, including workers' meals, food dealers, etc.) and to individuals, is corrected by the business administration sector and fined by 3,000 yen.

Article 16, in violation of article 7 (1) (i) of this provision, does not deal with the production licence or health licence, which is confirmed by the relevant administrative authorities in accordance with the Special Provisions of the Department of State for the Strengthening of the Safety of Products, such as Food, and has not been provided for in the quality technical supervision sector, which has been responsibly modified by the quality technical supervision sector and fined by more than one thousand dollars.

In violation of article 7, subparagraph (b), of the present provision, unauthorized participation in industrial use, chemical testor use of Ayclone, which is hazardous chemicals, is carried out by the Integrated Law Enforcement Department of Urban Management in accordance with article 63 of the Regulations on the Safety of Dangerous Chemicals.

In violation of article 7, subparagraphs (iv), (v), of this provision, the relevant administrative authorities are responsible and fined by 3,000.

Article 17 does not maintain the relevant information of the buyer in accordance with article 8 of the present article or sells unplanned, unmarked or packed identifiers that are non-qualified in the form of anatrocetic salt, and is subject to a fine from the business administration.

The sectors such as production, operation and use of Ayclio salt are not established under this provision or are not kept under the prescribed record, subject to quality technical supervision, safety production supervision, business administration, health, construction, transport, etc., within their respective responsibilities and fines.

Article 18, in violation of article 9 of this provision, is subject to a fine of tens of thousands of United States dollars in the areas of quality technical supervision, safe production supervision, business administration, health, construction and transport, etc.

Article 19, without reference to the operation of Ayclic salt, is punishable by the integrated urban administration in accordance with the Zhennzhencan City Ordinance on Conductless.

Article 20 does not carry out the mandated duties, consequences, by virtue of the supervision of quality technologies, the supervision of safe production, the management of business administration, health, construction, transport, urban administration, the enforcement of integrated law enforcement, the warning, lapses or excessive disposal of the executive and direct responsibilities responsible for them by the outgoing authority or the inspectorate, the consequence of which has been the consequence of a longer-lasting consequence, giving downgrading or removal; the serious consequences, giving dismissal or dismissal; and the transfer of criminal responsibility to the judiciary.

Article 21 shows violations of this provision in sectors such as quality technical supervision, safe production monitoring, business administration, health, construction, transport, urban administration, and integrated law enforcement, which fall under the responsibility of other regulators, and should be notified in writing immediately and transferred to the regulatory sector entitled to be addressed. The sectors entitled to be dealt with should be immediately and should not be construed; they should be dealt with in accordance with article 20, paragraph 1, of the present article because they are not dealt with immediately or in consequence.

Article 2
