Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to strengthen the quality of livestock products and to ensure the health and life safety of the public, develops this approach in line with the laws and regulations of the Food Security Act of the People's Republic of China, the People's Republic of China's livestock law, the People's Republic of China's Animal Protection Act, the Security Regulations on the Quality of Livestock Products in the Gulf.

Article 2, this approach applies to the management of the quality of livestock products within the city's administration.

The approach refers to the production of livestock that is manipulated and used for food use, poultry and livestock products, such as meat, eggs, milk, etc., that are not processed or processed.

Article 6. The livestock veterinary management is responsible for the management of quality safety prior to the entry of livestock products into the whole market, the retail market or the production of processing enterprises, and for the management and access management of livestock products; and for the work of the animal health monitoring bodies affiliated to them, in accordance with the law, for the prevention of livestock products, the quarantine.

Food drug surveillance management is responsible for the management of quality safety monitoring after the importation, retail markets or the production of processing enterprises.

Sectors such as carpentry, quality and public safety should be coordinated with the quality of livestock products in line with their respective responsibilities.

The import of livestock products is regulated by the Customs Harmonization Monitoring and, after entering the city market, is monitored by management, such as livestock veterans, food medicine surveillance, in accordance with this approach.

Article 7. The Government of the People's Republic, the Street Office (Development of Community Authorities) should strengthen guidance and services for the quality of livestock products in the region and assist in the management of quality control of livestock products, such as livestock veterinary, food medicine surveillance.

Article 8 encourages and supports producers of livestock products to be established by law or to join organizations such as the Association of Livestock Products, professional cooperatives.

Organizations such as livestock products industry associations, professional cooperatives should strengthen industry self-regulation, standardize the production of livestock products and provide technical services for quality of livestock products.

Chapter II

Article 9. Avian livestock breeding area should be established, as documented, as follows:

(i) Production, quantity, reproduction, marking, origin and access dates for livestock;

(ii) Sources, names, targets, time and use of inputs such as feeding, feeding and veterinary medicines;

(iii) Quarant, immunization and poisoning;

(iv) The treatment of spultaneous diseases, deaths and incapacity;

(v) Other elements to be specified by law.

The period of storage of livestock and poultry breeding archives shall not be less than two years, prohibiting the falsification of livestock breeding files.

Other livestock breeders are encouraged to establish a record of livestock breeding.

The release of toxic hazardous substances or dumping and cleaning of waste is prohibited in the breeding space.

Article 11. Avian breeder shall make a scientific and reasonable use of veterinary medicines, feeds and feeds.

The following acts are prohibited in the context of avian breeding:

(i) Use of drugs and other compounds that are prohibited by States;

(ii) Exclusive use of veterinary drugs, feed additives or in violation of the pharmacies of livestock;

(iii) The use of restaurants that have not been dealt with in high temperatures and hygienic water;

(iv) Sultry of material in garbage or using garbage;

(v) Other acts that endanger the quality of human health and livestock products.

Article 12. Avian breeder shall, prior to the sale of livestock, declare the quarantine in accordance with the law to the local animal health monitoring body. Acquired poultry is sold by an animal health monitoring body.

Chapter III Livestock

Chapter IV

Article 21 Industrial production processing of livestock products should establish a system of import inspection of raw materials and additives, such as recording of the names, specifications, quantity, date of production or production of allies, insurance periods, date of entry and name, address, contact modalities, etc., and preserving the relevant voucher. Article 2: Producers, counter renters and exhibitions in the central trading market shall enhance the safety management of the quality of livestock products entering the market, exhibitions and perform the following duties:

(i) The establishment of a security health quality system with dedicated (and part-time) safety managers for the quality of livestock products;

(ii) Access to markets for livestock products, pre-supposed sessions, and the identification of qualified certificates for animal quarantine, physical tests;

(iii) regularly organize health inspections on the production of livestock products;

(iv) Regularly organize poisoning and recuperation in the area of livestock sales.

Article 23 organizers, counter renters and exhibitions in the central trading market should enter into quality safety agreements with the operators of livestock products to clarify the responsibility for the quality of livestock products.

Article 26

When food medicine surveillance management exercises control over the sale of imported livestock products on the market, it is found that there is a quality safety problem and that it should be informed on a timely basis of the entry inspection system, which should take appropriate measures in a timely manner.

In Article 27, catering providers such as hotels, restaurants, meals, etc. should establish a screening system for livestock products, specifying access, quantity, time, etc., and shall not procure and use livestock products under article 20 of this approach.

Chapter V Oversight management

The following measures may be taken in accordance with the law in the implementation of the responsibility for the management of the quality of livestock products, such as livestock veterinary, food medicine surveillance.

(i) To investigate information about the safety of the quality of livestock products;

(ii) On-site inspection and sampling of production of livestock products;

(iii) Access, reproduction of security records and other materials on the quality of livestock products;

(iv) Execution, seizure of evidence that is not in accordance with the quality safety standards of livestock products or evidence of the existence of safe concealments and livestock products used for the production of the offence;

(v) Carry out the place of activities carried out in connection with the production of livestock products.

Chapter VI Legal responsibility

(vii) Other violations.

Article XV, in violation of other offences under this scheme, provides for administrative penalties, from their provisions.

Chapter VII
