The cultural market of the city of Zenin is relatively concentrated in administrative penalties

Article I, in order to strengthen the management of cultural markets, regulate administrative enforcement of cultural markets, protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, develop this provision in the light of the National People's Republic of China's Administrative Punishment Act and the State Department's decision to further the promotion of the relatively centralized administration of justice (No. [2002]17) and other relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 5
