Methods of protection of natural heritage in Findu Province, “China's Danxi”

(Adopted by the 17th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of Foford, 13 January 2009, No. 103 of 15 January 2009, by the Order of the People's Government of Foford Province, which was issued as from 1 March 2009)

Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to strengthen the protection and management of the natural heritage of my province, “China's Danko X”, sets this approach in line with the relevant national laws, regulations and regulations.

Article II applies to the protection and management of the natural heritage of the provinces where there is a high scientific, American and protective value and is included in the “China's Terinium of the natural heritage series of “China”, the Cotonnes of natural heritage.

The protection of the natural heritage of “China's Danxi” should be governed by the principles of scientific planning, harmonization, strict protection and reusiveness to ensure their authenticity and integrity.

The Government of the people at the district level of the natural legacy of China's Danxiety should strengthen its leadership in the management of the natural heritage of the “Hatana ties of China”.

The Ministry, the Government of the People of the Region concerned, is responsible for the management of the supervision of the conservation of the natural heritage of “China's Danxi”, and for the day-to-day protection of “China's natural legacy” by the Government of the People's State at the location of the natural heritage.

In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the relevant protection management of the natural heritage of “Hatanaxi, China” is being managed by the authorities of the people at the district level above the natural heritage of China.

Article 5: “China's natural legacy protection is organized by the territorial Government on the basis of the reality.

The Government of the People's Deal of the natural heritage of China, at the district level, established special funds for the protection of the heritage under the law. Specific funding for inheritance protection can be raised through multiple channels such as government inputs, social communities and overseas donations and international organizations.

Any units and individuals have the obligation to protect “China's natural heritage” and have the right to stop and report acts that undermine the natural heritage of “China's Danko”.

The units and individuals that have made a prominent contribution to the protection of the natural heritage of “China” are recognized and rewarded by the Government of the people at the district level of the natural heritage or by the relevant Government departments.

Chapter II Planning and construction

The Government of the People's Deal of the natural legacy of China, which is to be implemented as an important basis for the conservation of natural heritage, should be organized in accordance with the need for the conservation of the natural heritage of the “China's Dankot” and in coordination with relevant planning.

Article 9. Within the context of the protection of the natural heritage of “Hatanxi, China”, various types of construction projects should be controlled in accordance with the Planning for the Conservation of the natural heritage of the “China” (the natural heritage) and should be implemented in accordance with the statutory procedures.

Article 11 provides for the management of natural heritage that is not in line with the “China's Danxi Protocol”, which impedes landscape, affects ecologically, undermines safety, polluting the environment, and constructions should take measures in accordance with the law to clean up, rehabilitate or dismantle.

Chapter III Protection and management

Resources such as wildlife, forest plantation, water landscapes, geomorphology, material monuments should be strictly protected, managed and any unit and individual should not be expropriated.

Article 13, “China's territorial Government shall take measures to protect the non-physical cultural heritage of local communes, such as civil art.

The Government of the People's Deal of the natural heritage of China should establish a protection directory and make public for buildings, monuments, sites and sites that have some historical, scientific, artistic and artistic value within the protection of natural heritage.

(v) Other activities that affect the ecological and landscape of the natural heritage of “Hatana, China”.

Article 18 prohibits the conduct of the following activities within the context of the protection of the natural heritage of “China”:

(i) Activities in the destruction of landscapes, vegetation and geomorphology, such as the opening of mountains, the extraction of stones, the extraction of mines, the extraction of shrines, vegetation, and the extraction of wildlife;

(ii) Construction of facilities for storage of explosive, flammable, radioactive, poisonous and corrupted items;

(iii) Conversion and stigmatization at the location or facility;

(iv) Incest of garbage.

Article 19, “China's natural heritage protection restricted areas may be equipped with the necessary research monitoring and security protection facilities, prohibiting access of non-relevant personnel, prohibiting the construction of any facility that is not relevant to protection, and prohibiting the construction of road and service facilities.

The scope of the natural legacy protection of “China” shows that there can be building blocks, marking systems, environmental sanitation, recuperation facilities and the necessary management services to limit the construction of other projects that are not relevant to wind access.

The limited scope of the conservation of the natural heritage of “China” is limited to the use of natural heritage zones to allow for the proper use and rational production of productive activities by the population of origin, orderly control construction and facilities and coordinate with the landscape environment and the ecological environment of the heritage.

Article 20, “China's natural heritage protection management relates to wind polar areas, natural protected areas, protection of objects and religious activities, forest parks, geological parks, etc., in accordance with the relevant national provisions.

Chapter IV Corporal punishment

Article 21, in violation of the provisions of this approach, takes place within the framework of the protection of the natural heritage of “China”, shrines, deserts, repairs of grave monuments, collection of wild flora and fauna, vegetation and geospatial events, and the sectoral responsibility established by the Government of the people at the location of the natural legacy of the “China” is to end violations, to restore the status quo or to take other remedies, forfeasing the proceeds of the offence under the law and to impose a fine of over 1,000 dollars.

Article 24 imposes penalties for violations of the provisions of this approach, as prescribed by law, legislation and regulations.

Article 25 plays a role in the management of the natural heritage of “Hatanxi, China”, misappropriation of authority, provocative fraud or finding that the offence is not investigated, and punishes the person responsible for direct responsibility and responsible personnel by law; constitutes an offence punishable by law.

Chapter V

Article 26 states that the natural legacy of the “Hatanaxi”, as described in this approach, consists of two parts of the tetanus in Thailand and the town. The Hindu region includes: long-awareness, workshops, gynaecology, Leestones, laying down, readings and zo protection management areas. Article 27 of this approach is implemented effective 1 March 2009.
