Traditional craft protection methods in San Orientale Province

(The 67th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of San Suu Kyi on 22 March 2010 considered the adoption of the Decree No. 224 of 14 April 2010 on the People's Government Order No. 224 of 14 April 2010 for implementation effective 1 June 2010)

In order to protect traditional crafts and promote the prosperity and development of traditional crafts, this approach has been developed in the light of the State Department's Traditional crafts Conservation Regulations.

Article 2 applies to activities such as traditional craft research, creativity, development, production, operation and protection in the administration of the province.

Article 3 of this approach refers to traditional craft crafts, which are more than 100 years of history, horticulture, cranes, and a complete process of process, mainly through the production of natural raw materials, a clear national ventilation and local characteristics, with high reputations in the country and abroad.

Article IV. Traditional craft protection should be guided by the principles of inheritance and the combination of modern scientific and technological tools for innovation, protection and development and the promotion of the development of craft art.

Article 7. (iii) The material such as the honorary certificate obtained from the work;

(iv) Other material requested by the traditional craft protection authorities.

Article 15 Applications for the identification of craftsmen in Orientale Province should submit the following materials to the Evaluation Committee:

(i) The main experience and related evidence of the specialization of craft art;

(ii) In-kind, photographs or videos representing the works, as well as relevant notes;

(iii) A description of the main contribution and innovation in the area of craft art;

(iv) The award and the supporting material.

Article 16 evaluates the applicant's submission on the basis of the prescribed procedures and proposes a list of traditional craft-protected varieties and technicians in the province of Sustained Province, crafts and technicians in San Oriental Province.

The members of the evaluation committee have confidential obligations with respect to the applicant's submissions.

Article 17 The parties concerned have the right to object during the public statements.

The provincial traditional craft protection authorities should organize a review of the sector and experts.
