Reservations for the management of residential buildings in the city

(Adopted by Decree No. 147 of 15 July 2010 by the Government of the People's Republic of Japan stream, New York, 30 June 2010)

Chapter I General

In order to improve the quality of the living environment of the population, housing buildings are guaranteed well-time access to sanitation and convenient living conditions, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations such as the People's Republic of China Rural Planning Act, the Modalities for the implementation of the People's Republic of China Rural and Rural Planning Act, and in conjunction with this city.

Article 2 states that residential construction is a building for household residence (including a residential component in the same building with other functional spaces).

Article IV. Urban and urban planning committees are responsible for the management of residential buildings in the city's urban planning area. Governments and relevant departments should work together.

Chapter II

Article 10

Chapter III

Article 16 provides for a period of typhical days, from 8 to 16.

At least one residential space for each house meets the day-to-day reference criterion within the time of effectiveness, i.e., the residence is required on a daily basis.

A new construction, expansion, alteration and construction project in Article 17 should provide a follow-up analysis of the construction project day reviewed by the current stream planning design board when applying for the planning process for the construction of administrative authorities for urban and rural planning.

In one of the following cases, the construction unit must entrust the competent design units with a daily analysis and provide real day-to-day information on:

(i) The construction of a residential building within a maximum of 1.8 times in the north of the new construction building;

(ii) Three or more metres, high-level or high-level and multi-tier hybrid homes;

(iii) There are housed buildings;

(iv) Other circumstances required by the urban and rural planning authorities.

Article 22 Construction, planning and construction design units should be responsible for the authenticity of the daily analysis of reports and other materials, as well as for the development of administrative authorities in urban and rural areas, as required or supplemented by the relevant materials; the misstatement of material, or the intentional concealment of the consequences of the situation, should be held accountable accordingly.

Article 23: Urban and urban planning for the construction of administrative authority staff to perform negligence, abuse of authority, provocative fraud, which has consequences in violation of this provision, is subject to administrative disposition by their units or superior authorities, and in serious circumstances constitutes a crime and criminal responsibility by the judiciary.

Chapter IV

Article 25 states that the new urban area refers to cubators, bedrons, cattle chewings, vien, buoys, chewings, stones, and sod.

The main urban area refers to the establishment of cities other than the new urban area, which can be divided into general areas and slums.

The urban core area refers to areas determined by the municipal authorities in accordance with the overall urban planning and in accordance with the detailed planning approved by the municipality, which are dominated by financial, trade, management, services and office buildings.

Article 26 The present stream of self-government districts and the provinces of Autonomous Integral Communities may be implemented in the light of this provision.

Article 27 The Government of the city issued a note on the day of residence in the city of Ben stream on 17 August 2000 (No. 69 of the Order of the People of the city).

Prior to the issuance of this provision, projects that have been developed to approve procedures are not applicable.
