At the 62th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the province, on 25 November 2010, it decided that:

Changes in the regulations of the People's Government of the following provinces, as well as in the normative documents of the people of the province of a regulatory nature, are “analysis, expropriation”.

(i) Article 5 of the New Horizon Development Fund in Fhani (No. 119 (1991))

(ii) Article 10 of the Housing and Industry Management Scheme in Favu province (Act No. 7)

(iii) Article 11, paragraph 3 (c) of the Medalial Management of the Fhana province (Act No.
