Methodology for the management of the Horizon Line in the State of Land

(Adopted at the 19th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Land, 21 December 2010, by Decree No. 3 of 28 March 2011 of the People's Government of the State of the Interior (Act No. 3 of 1 May 2011)

Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to strengthen the protection and management of the yellow ventilation line, to maintain an explanatory order and a light environment for the yee line, to develop this approach in the light of the laws, regulations and regulations, such as the Land Town and Sanitation Management Approach, and the provisions of the relative concentration of administrative sanctions.

Chapter II Planning and construction

Article 8

Article 14.

Chapter IV

Article 20 prohibits the following acts that affect the nodule order within the framework of the Horizon:

(i) The unauthorized storage of items;

(iv) Intimidation, arrest or injury of birds;

Chapter V Legal responsibility
