In order to advance the implementation of the law and strengthen the construction of the rule of law government, to address in a timely manner the systemic obstacles impeding reform and development, to preserve the unity of the rule of law, to ensure political openness, and to clear the existing effective 142 provincial government regulations in accordance with the notification by the Executive Office of the State of the Department of State on issues related to the implementation of regulations. The following decision is taken:

The following nine provincial government regulations are repealed incompatible with the law, legislation or regulations that have been replaced by new laws, regulations and regulations.

Execution of the Water Resources Broadcasting Regulations in the Province of Sussi (published on 29 January 1980 by the People's Government of the Republic of Korea)

Modalities for the management of coal in the town of Chinang Province (published on 29 September 1987 by the People's Government of the Republic of Korea)

The following five provincial government regulations that have disappeared for the period of application or adjustments have been declared invalid.

This decision has been implemented since the date of publication.
