Article 1, in order to fully, objectively and systematically codify local grams, develop and make use of local resources to play a role in local creativity, history, parenthood, and develop this provision in the light of the Regulations on Work of the Chittagong Province and the provisions on local work in the province.

Article 2 refers to local logs, including local logs and local integrated Yearbooks.

The local book refers to a comprehensive and systematic document on the history and status of natural, political, economic, cultural and social regions of the administration.

Article IV. Article 5

(i) Advocacy, implementation of laws, regulations, regulations and policies relating to the work of local logs;

Article 6 at all levels of the city, people's groups, entrepreneurship units and other social organizations, as well as in-house, provincial extortion agencies, should be made clear in accordance with the local logic planning and mission of the host people, participation in local codifications and personnel and acceptance of the operational guidance and supervision of the local logs of the people's government at the local level, and the completion of their tasks in accordance with the prescribed deadlines and quality standards.

Article 7. The local communes of the communes of the city, district, district and district levels can provide support to the agencies, groups of people, business units, other social organizations and individuals. Article 14. The local logs of the Government of the city, district, district and district levels should be organized by the relevant departments and experts, scholars, interested persons to review the local log at this level.

The local authorities of the communes of the city, district, district and district levels should make the local book available to the community for public consultation and organize a parliamentary review. The local logs that are not subject to review shall not be submitted for validation.

Article 15. The local log shall be codified in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State's legal, regulatory and confidential work sector relating to confidential work; military content should also be subject to the relevant provisions of the CCC concerning the codification of military logs.

Article 16 examines local logs and should organize expert participation on confidentiality, archives, history, law, economic, military and other matters, and fully listen to expert opinions. The views of experts should be recorded in the case and should be justified.

Article 25

(i) The intentional inclusion of false information in the codification of the local log;

(ii) The intentional destruction of local logic material;

(iii) The intentional incorporation of local submissions and the preparation of local logs were made available;

(iv) Authorize the publication of local logs as personal works;

(v) After review of the receipt or approval of the local consolidated Yearbook, the local book has been used to derogate and adapt its content;

(vi) No review of the local logs, as required, does not perform the relevant guidance and oversight functions.

In violation of article 11 of the present article, the relevant units or individuals expressly or implied that the author was falsely depicted in the local log, and that the local logs of the Government of the last-level people were brought to the attention of the Government to hold accountable the responsible person.

Following the review of the publication of the local book, there is a violation of the constitutional, legal, legislative, legislative and regulatory provisions, which is to be corrected by the same level or by the Government of the population at the secondary level, and to hold accountable the relevant units and individuals in the circumstances.

Article 28 should strengthen the monitoring of the work of local logs. The Government's local logic bodies have found violations of the codification and publication of local logs and should be brought to the people's Government to publish the executive authorities in accordance with the law.
